Bring It On: In It To Win It

Ruben and I have decided to meet up that night outside of the hotel. We were walking and talking all over the resort.

"I'm really excited for this week. As much as I love winning the Sharks deserve something. You know I have no personal problems with Carson, Aiysha, or Sarah. I would actually love to be friends with them but ya know, rivals." Ruben completely agreed. He hated that no one could know about us. He also would love if I could be friends with his friends. He loved watching me win but of course he'd agree with the Sharks deserving to win.

Ruben and I met through the competition 2 years ago and we've been inseparable since. It's very hard living on opposite sides of the country but this week makes up for it.

"I don't know Maddy us Sharks might actually get you guys this year" Ruben said. "I'm excited to see you guys try" I said jokingly. I started to run as a joke and he caught me and picked me up. We shared a big laugh.

"Hypothetically Penn and Carson get together, then maybe we don't have to feel too bad about us. Sooner or later we are gonna have to tell. Who cares if our teams are rivals." I said.

I think Ruben was more scared of his friend Sarah knowing. Since she has a problem with a lot of things. I completely understood but he also agreed with me saying we need to tell people.

"We need the right moment." Ruben said. "Maybe next time you see us come up and say hi. It would be a good start and a nice gesture. Plus I know you can take Brookes wrath cause you can be a bitch just like her" he said. We both laughed.

We went back to the hotel. The next day was cheer workshop.
