Present Box

I let out a breath before pushing open the door to the little shop hearing the bell ring above me I looked to the counter and saw her making me blush a little seeing her stood in her little green dress she smiled to me quickly "Good morning Samuel" she smiled

"Uhhh hi y/n" I smiled "Just uhhh here for a few bits you know"

"of course" she smiled I went around and snuck things in my jacket and my jeans trying not to get caught by her, the camera's or the mirrors around the little shop, I took the only thing I could actually afford to buy one reduced loaf of bread putting it on the counter she scanned it and smiled at me "That everything?" she asks

"Yeah, has to be" I nodded putting the money on the counter she counted and put it into the till and nodded to me so I smiled "Thanks y/n" I smiled taking the bread and going to leave

"Samuel?"

"Yeah?"

"you can keep the eggs, but you know I have to take the butter back" she smiled holding her hand out I sighed and nodded giving the butter back "You know I can't write that much off daddy will get suspicious"

"sorry y/n"

"It's alright, you keep the other bits" she smiled

"Thanks y/n" I smiled quickly heading out and going home.

I sat on the bench looking at the bright sweet Christmas tree the lights glittering across the tree sitting and waiting wrapping my jacket around me a little tighter as I waited for my brother to get back "Samuel?" I heard making me look over and I saw y/n in her big fluffy coat

"Ohh uhh hi y/n" I blushed she smiled and sat next to me

"you okay?"

"Yeah, just waiting for my brother" I shrug

"my goodness you're blue!" she says taking my ice-cold hand

"no no it's okay. I'm used to it I'm not too cold" I shrug

"Aww you poor thing," she says "You wait here" she smiled giving the top of my head a kiss I nodded smiling widely waiting for her to get back and soon enough she returned with a cup she handed it to me and instantly I felt warmer I looked under the lid and saw the hot chocolate, with whip cream and peppermint white and red candy bits "For you" she smiled

"Awww thank you y/n" I smiled "Thank you so much" I smiled widely

"Your welcome Samuel, I'll see you around" she smiled heading off to wherever she had been going before she ran into me, I smiled widely watching her go and sipping the lovely hot chocolate letting it warm me up.

I sat on the steps outside my house looking at the twinkling holiday decorations in the windows of the houses around us the little tree's lights, tinsel, and other such things everywhere the snow sitting nicely across everything a sweet dusting of the snow across everything ever so often I would mess with some of the snow that sat on our porch, I heard crunching of the snow and I looked seeing y/n stood with a large bag in her little red dress and big coat she spotted me and smiled

"Hi sammy"

"Hi y/n, what are you doing here?" I asked getting up to see her

"I was well... looking for you"
"You where?"

"I wanted to come see you. and well give you something" she smiled

"really?"

"I wanted to come give you a little Christmas present"

"Awww y/n you don't have to give me anything"

"well I wanted too"

"But I uuuh I don't-"

"I know that's alright" she smiled "I still wanted to give you a little present box" she smiled opening her bag and handing me a big red box with a bright green ribbon I smiled taking her hand and pulling her to sit with me she happily sat down beside me and I smiled

"Could I open it?"

"Of course" she smiled

so I happily opened it seeing the contents of the box it was full to the brim with sweets, snacks, non-perishable food, a couple of new t-shirts from the comic store, a whole bunch of comics and other such things I could have cried it was all so lovely and so much she had done for me

"Y/n...... thank you so much" I smiled hugging her tightly

"That's alright Sammy" she giggled

"Really, you do so much for me thank you so very much" I smiled giving her lips a little kiss which made her blush hard

"Your welcome Samuel" she smiled
