You awoke drowsy and exhausted, and Brahms was nowhere to be found. To make it easier for you to avoid him, you respected that. You sipped your coffee and took in the silence before returning your attention to your book. When you looked out the window, the view was breathtaking. The flowers swayed in the breeze, and the sun shone brightly overhead.
Someone has to interrupt you, as much as you enjoyed the view. When you heard a knock outside your door, you sighed and rose from your seat, sauntering towards it to let them in. "What brings you here, Michael?" You continued reading your book, "HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN? YOU PROMISED TO GO OUT WITH ME." You exhaled a sigh of relief; you had to keep your word or Michael would be devastated.
"It's 7:30 a.m., Michael; why are we leaving in such a hurry?" You inquired, your curiosity piqued. Michael pondered for a moment as you stared at your book, waiting for his response. "THE BAKERY OPENS AT SEVEN, AND IT JUST HAPPENED TO BE NEW IN TOWN; I WANT TO TEST IT OUT." He explained, handing you his notepad and expecting you to accept the offer.
You bit the inside of your cheek until you accepted, and Michael extended his hand to you. You gladly accepted it, implying, "Could I please change into appropriate attire? I wouldn't want to go out in this clothing." While looking at your dress. Michael, ever the gentleman and patient man, nodded at your response, wishing you to appear more respectable. - In the kitchen, waiting for you, occasionally darting his gaze to the clock.
You quickly manage to look acceptable after changing into your chosen habiliments. Michael turned his head to you after you tapped him on the shoulder. He gave you a nod to compliment your ensemble. You thanked him - "Wait!" You said, tilting his head to the side, "I'll give Brahms a note to announce that we're outside so he doesn't think he'll be alone for long."
Dear Brahms,
I hope you're doing well inside the confines; rest assured, I'll be forgiving you any day now. Allow me a moment to consider what you've done. You broke my heart, but you had no idea what had happened to them. It's not necessary to be a big baby about it. For the time being, Michael and I are going to a nearby bakery. If you get hungry, there will be food in the freezer. We'd be back in no time, so look after yourself while I'm away.
Love, F/N L/N╰(✿'⌣'✿)╯♡
You placed the note on the kitchen counter, hoping that Brahms would notice it. "All right, I'm done; let's get going." You said, taking Michael's hand in yours. His hands were cold and rough, but they managed to make you feel safe.
Are you falling in love with a serial killer who has no mercy for the people he has murdered over the years?
You were both silent on your way to the bakery, and you were a little nervous being alone with one of them. Your heart racing as your hand remained intertwined with his, you turned away to find something to divert your attention. Michael came to a halt when he saw your nervous yet blushing face. "What is it, Michael?" You wondered.
Michael, who is baffled as to why he hasn't killed you yet. It would be a lucky chance because you two were alone and no one was around except in town. His grip on your hand tightened; whenever you're in the vicinity, his anger dissipates instantly.
You make him so happy that his fantasies manage to drown out your calls. Having feelings for a human? He'll never be able to do that! But if we're talking about you, there's an exception.
He began walking again after waking up from his trance, leaving you perplexed. "Wait up, Michael! Don't run away from me!" You yelled, as he chuckles behind his mask. You caught up to him and grabbed his hand again, stopping him from going any further. He turned his head to look at you from time to time as you both walked, wanting to see more of you.
You were very excited because the bakery was already visible at your sight. It looked absolutely stunning, and the designs were incredible! "C'mon now, Michael!" It's hilarious how you manage to drag a fucking big man like him with you! Woah! What exactly are you? I'm not sure.
The older woman looked up when she arrived at the bakery and heard the bell. "Well, hello!" She exclaimed, delighted to have her first customers. "Greetings!" You smiled back, and Michael, who stood behind you, respectfully nodded. - Clearly towering over both of you.
"Darlin', what can I get you?"
"Hmm...what are you looking for, Michael?" You were eager to try their food while waiting for the killer's response. He handed you his notepad and said, "Blueberry muffins and bagels." "Luda. Luda Mae, darlin'." "Okay, miss Luda Mae, we'd like blueberry muffins and bagels, please.""Coming right up!" You and Michael both took a seat, waiting for your food. But your gaze was drawn to another object: a man dressed in an apron splattered with blood. You looked away quickly, thinking it was the animal's fault. Oh no, you're mistaken.
After a few moments, your food arrived, and you quietly thanked Luda Mae. While eating your muffin, you suspected it tasted different from the others you'd tried, but you enjoyed it nonetheless. Michael, on the other hand, appeared unconcerned and continued to eat his.
You gave him an awkward smile. "Thomas! Bubba!" Luda Mae's voice called out, and the curious woman you were stood up and asked for more information. Following the voices, you found yourself staring into the eyes of someone, most likely Thomas.
Thomas had caught your attention in other circumstances. When he saw you, he became extremely cautious. Apart from his mother, you were the most seductive woman he'd ever seen. Bubba, the younger brother, has locked his gaze on you. Over there, Thomas and I are thinking the same things. They feel compassion for you and admit that you are their soulmate.
Meanwhile, Michael has been waiting outside the bakery for almost ten minutes, unsure where you have gone. F/N, I swear to God! You're going to be the death of me!
