She ran faster and faster until she was able to flee, but being drenched in blood traumatized her yet again. At a time when she was already forgetting, all of those memories came flooding back. She's had it with it and can't take it any longer.
Is it possible that she'll figure it out someday? This is not the first time she has visited this part, it all felt familiar. It started to rain after the sky darkened. Because he was chasing her, she didn't dare to turn around. They didn't expect her to notice what they were doing.
You screamed hysterically, "Leave me alone!" You were dripping wet. She summoned her courage and forced her legs to dash once more, almost slipping by the puddle. It was as if her past was chasing her, and she was afraid that she, too, would die like them.
She was able to get away from them by sprinting around the corners. She then came across a narrow, creepy bridge, but the surrounding nature seemed peaceful and silent. She bowed her head as she walked up to the railings.
She could see herself reflected in the passing waters, and seeing those tethered made her curious about the Sawyer family's mysteries, but it was too dangerous at the moment. She's not sure what she'll say when she returns home; for now, all she wanted was time.
She hadn't felt loved in years, and she wanted to know how it felt. You are the only person who is never in the spotlight, but you were neither happy nor sad.
"What must be the matter, dear?" A breath escapes your mouth, and you turn around to be met by Hannibal, who has a lovely parasol to keep you both dry in the rain. "Would you please get down from there? It's dangerous, what if you fall in?" He asked, his eyes filled with concern.
"You didn't tell me you weren't one of them." You said, closing your eyes. "How will I know if you're going to eat me next?" You added, he chuckled, leaving you unimpressed. "Now, why would I do something like that to you? I have to say you need medical attention, you look ridiculous in all that bloody clothing you're wearing."
"I don't need help; perhaps you do, you're sick; why do you eat people at all?" You yelled, standing up and backing away from the male. "Your eyes... they're full of hatred; show me some respect, will you?" He smiled as you stared at him in horror.
"You killed your parents, am I correct? And then, you killed your sister." He said, his orbs narrowing, completely cutting you off, your sight now on the ground, you unable to utter a word. "You don't know anything; I don't kill people for no reason; it's you, not me; you kill people for fun!"
"That they left you because they only saw the worst in you." Crouching down, you clutched your hair, closing your eyes in frustration. "You make me feel that everything always goes wrong for me." You mumbled as your lips trembled uncontrollably.
"You envied her; that's why you killed her; tell me, those memories of yours flashed back to the past 10 years, didn't it?" He came to a halt, his dark gaze fixed on your frail little body. "Stop it! Those were the memories I locked up so please don't ever bring them up. Stop it now! Better yet, it would be nice if you would leave me alone."
"I cannot leave a woman alone in an abandoned bridge with a forest next to it. - People may appear to not care, or they may not know how to express their love, but inside their hearts, you will know how much you mean to them." He pushed further, you stood up as tears fell from your eyes, causing your vision to blur, and you could only see the psychiatrist's taller form. "Who cares about people's thoughts? You're a murderer just like us at the end."
He gently grabbed your sides to give you a stiff but heartfelt hug, your head resting on his chest, once he was inches away. The hug felt like an eternity; it was nothing more than a drop of affection, but it was comforting.
