My thoughts are the lyrics
To the melodies of my emotions
They play in my head
And echo through my mind
My heart beats the tune
To express what it feels
Bursting through every vein
Till it escapes through my skin
Every breath is precious
I inhale inspiration and exhale poetry
Each experience is a reason
For my song
Sometimes it hits crescendo
Explodes out of control then runs down my cheeks
As I play my song on repeat
Till my body responds and dances to a new beat
My song is beautiful, deep and unique
Its never a fixed melody
No one hears my song, its the music of my heart
God knows every verse
He is the author of the words
He and I sing my life song: An eternal duet
Playing it loud everyday
For the One who set me free by His blood
This is my song
