She is a killer under that innocent smile

She knows the danger in getting close

With eyes that pierce their armour

A smile that stabs their hearts

She’s like a powerful deadly drug

The boys crave her presence constantly

They’d give their hearts to have her as their own

; taking the risk in exchange for the high.

They know her value and refuse to share

They don’t realise yet how dangerous she is

They think they are immune to this disease

And act like they don’t feel the pain

They drink in the sweet taste of her words

They don’t yet have the symptoms

It takes a while to manifest

Slowly eating them from deep inside

It starts off as a comfortable feeling

That becomes a kind of craziness

Then they fall from the clouds

Landing in a pool of blood on the concrete

Then the pain starts, dull at first

Suddenly it shoots through them

Burning like a fire slowly destroying them

They writhe like they’ve been electrocuted

They scream out her name in vain

Trying to save themselves from a cruel death

They need a way to avoid the torture

A quick way out to end the pain

They don’t have any other choice

Grab the nearest weapon hand shaking

They hold it to their head, a finger on the trigger

Tears filling their eyes as they picture her face

She kneels in the pool of blood

Shaken and sobbing at the horrifying sight

She feels the guilt cut into her skin

She winces as it stings and burns

The thought that she deserves the pain

Prevents her from screaming

Her imagination torturing and punishing her

Her self-confidence fades to negative infinity

As their screams fill her ears

The echoes reminding her that it’s her fault

The words are painfully tattooed

Labelling her arms in her own blood

Warning the guys that see her to
