The Dragon God Slayer

Dragon Kingdom

"You are not going to get away with this! My guild will find you!" I shouted while holding my bleeding stomach.

"You really think you can escape after you've heard about our plans and seen our hideout?" a cloak man said. Three other men wearing cloaks laughed at me.

A woman walked towards me. I couldn't see her well, her face was blurry. "It's over Lucy. Your death will make my dreams come true"

"How could you do this?! Why?!" I asked.

"This is what happens when you take something that doesn't belong to you" she brought out a knife and stabbed me in my chest. "Oh how I have waited for this day" she laughed and pushed me off the cliff.

Then I'm falling in a rush of terror and I looked at the cliff and see them. "This isn't over!" Was the last thing I said and something hit my head, hard. And everything went black.

I woke up in a bed I'm not familiar with and look around the room. "Oh right, I'm living with the dragons" I jumped out of bed and walked towards the balcony, to see the view. The place was surrounded by mountain walls, there were rocks everywhere and I saw different dragons flying. I looked down and see the place was really high and filled with rocks. I also see a waterfall down there and a small town far from here. I think this place is some kind of a castle mountain. Just then a dragon flew to me which made me jump at his sudden appearance. The dragon scales was brown and it has four horns.

"So you're the weapon. The dragon god slayer" the dragon said. I looked at him confused. The dragon just looked at me before he left.

"What was that all about?" I asked myself.

I went back inside and entered the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and when I'm done, I turned the tap on the bath and remove my clothes in the process. As I relaxed myself in the warm bath, I start to remember the dream I had. "That dream. It felt so real, like a memory" after some minutes, I got out of the bath, dried myself and left the bathroom. I went to the wardrobe and opened it. I saw different clothing, I didn't like it. But three clothes caught my eyes. A brown trench coat, a white long sleeve outfit, black pants and black short boots. I took the clothes and wore them. I heard a knock on the door. I went to open it and saw Karameel standing there with her hands on her hips.

"Oh good, I can see that you're ready" she says. "Come, the dragon gods awaits you Lucy...sama"

"Sama?" I followed her to where she's taking me. While we were walking, I saw the place was pretty big. The halls seemed so foreign. There were sculptures of dragons that were of high quality. There were also crystal lights on the ceiling. Then I heard loud noises, like fighting noises. I saw the dragons and some of them in human form and few humans. They were fighting except for the humans.

"What's going on?" I asked nervously.

"They are just having their daily routine" Karameel answered. I nodded and turn my attention to the fighting dragons.

"What are you waiting for huh? Too scared to finish the job?" A red dragon held by the throat by a yellow dragon asked.

"I'm just nervous that's all. It's just easy, too easy finishing you off" the yellow dragon said. This made the red dragon angry. He charged at the yellow dragon and an all out battle erupt between the two of them.

I can't help but smile at everyone as I stood and watch them fight with each other. There was no bloodlust, no hatred, no anger, they were having a good time.

"Flame brain!"

"Ice princess! Wanna fight!"

I held and shook my head. Wondering what just happened. Why did I suddenly hear two voices in my head.

"This way" Karameel said. We started walking again. I noticed the dragons stopped fighting and focused their attention on me. I began hearing whispers among them. After that, they started following me!! Why?! Karameel noticed my behavior and touches my shoulder.

"Don't worry, they won't hurt you" she reassured which made me calm down. We finally reached large doors with two green dragons guarding them.

"Halt!" One the dragon guards spoke. "The dragon gods wishes to speak with the human alone!" The other dragons stopped. Karameel motions me to go while the dragon guards opened the door for me. I went inside and they closed the doors shut. This seems a throne room, a massive throne room. In front of me was the dragon gods sitting on their thrones with a large table in front of them.

"Lucy Dragonia" Aldoron begins. "I know you're confused. But I will explain everything to you. Why you are here and what your purpose is"

"Lucy.....Dragonia" I repeat.

"Yes. Since you don't remember your last name, I decided to give you one" Ignia said.

"Okay. Before we start, I have some question?" I said.

"Go on" Mercphobia said.

"Where did you find me? Do you know what happened to me? And what country is this?" I asked.

"I found you floating in the river beaten and injured. It seemed like you got into a fight and lost" Ignia replied.

"This is the dragon kingdom located in the continent of Guiltina. Guiltina is an uncharted territory, separate from both Ishgar and Alakitasia" Viernes explained. "This kingdom is well hidden and only few humans know of this place"

"How long was I unconscious?" I asked.

"A month and two weeks" Selene answered.

"Have you seen this guild mark before?" I asked as I raised my right hand to show them the mark.

"I don't think such guild exist in this continent" Mercphobia said. "We found you far from Guiltina, but we'll look into it"

"Any more questions?" Aldoron asked. I shook my head no. "Good. Now we shall tell you why we choose you for the dragon god slayer project"
