The Dragon God Slayer

Combat Training

"Lucy!" Draco calls my name. I looked up and saw him and Genji standing on a boulder. Karameel was reading a book while watching us from a distance. "Are you ready?" Draco asked.

It's been four days since I've been made a dragon general. Not many dragons are happy with it, but they cannot object the dragon gods decision. While the dragon gods were busy with other things, Draco and Genji decided to train me for a few days. Mercphobia told Karameel to keep an eye on me if anything goes wrong. Right now, we're outside the castle ready for a fight. I'm wearing a red sport bra with blue jacket and black pants.

"Yes. So who's fighting me?" I asked while stretching my arms and legs.

Genji jumps down from the boulder and walked towards me. "I am"

"Okay then" I say getting into a fighting stance.

"Let's get started" Genji said.

He sprints at me at full speed and charges with one of his swords. I took a deep breath and caught his sword with my hands, stopping Genji in his tracks. He manages to release his sword from my grip and jumps back. I charged and him and tried to hit him, but he dodged it quickly and kicked me at my back. He then brought out his other sword and charged at me. Dodging Genji's fast sword attacks was hard and challenging. Cuts and wounds started to form on my body. He wasn't trying to kill me, he just came close hitting vital areas on my body.

"Green iron slash!" Genji chanted as a large crescent blade covered in green aura was heading towards me. I throw up my forearms and stopped the attack. I hissed in pain as I noticed my arms starts to bleed, but I didn't care. I just want to beat him. I charged and headbutt him causing him to stumble back.

"Let's do this" I said. I took a deep breath and tighten my fist. I focused on my hand and it was covered in flames. I ran towards him and punched him in the face, followed by a punch to his stomach. I ignite my other fist and punched him fast and rapidly. The attacks made Genji fling backwards. When he gained his footing, he looked at me and said.

"That was good. But it's time to get serious. Show me the power of a dragon god slayer" Genji's body and swords starts to glow green. He took a deep breath before giving me a glare that sent shivers down my spine.

"Green iron dragon shredding roar!" He shoots out tornado of iron and green shards at me. I somehow managed to turn my skin into gold dragon scales and blocked the incoming breath attack. After that, Genji charged at me and hits me with his swords. Luckily my skin has gold scales, so it didn't injure me. Genji kicked me and I grabbed his foot. I flipped him and he did three flips backwards and landed on his feet.

"Green iron dragon spikes!" He chanted as he holds on to his swords as he creates pressure around him. He slashes his swords forward releasing multiple green spikes at my direction. I crossed my arms and blocked his attacks, the attacks were able to crack my gold armor and I groan as I felt the pain. I removed the armor and charged at him.

"Fire dragon god talon!" I chanted as I jumped up and threw down my foot. Genji crossed his swords above his head and blocked it. But the flames from my attack fell on him, burning him. He pushed my foot away from him and flipped backwards.

"Ryūjin no ken wo kūrae!" He chanted as he uses his swords to summon a green large dragon head and sends it towards me. "What the hell?!" I charged at him, my fists covered in moonlight. Before the dragon could open its mouth to eat me, my fist collides with the dragon. It hurts so bad, it felt like I was hitting a hard metal. I remove my arm back and punch the dragon again and again and again. Eventually cracks starts to form on the dragon.

"Moon dragon god iron fist!" I chanted as I punched the dragon hard. It breaks straight through the dragon and caused Genji to stumble back, giving me an opening. "Fire dragon god iron fist!" I chanted as I run straight to him and punched his face, sending him flying. I backed off a little as he stood up and held his face. He looks at me and smiled.

"We'll done Lucy. You've not only given me a hard time, but you manage to activate your dragon god force" he said.

"Huh" I looked at my arms and see it was covered in red scales. I looked down and see red scales on my waist sides and my stomach up to my chest was covered in gold scales. Genji brought out a mirror and gave me. I looked at my face. Red scales on my cheeks and forehead while the rest of my face were gold scales. I also noticed I felt stronger in this form.

"That's cool Lucy" Draco said as he and Karameel walked towards us.

"Very impressive Lucy-sama" Karameel commented.

"What's happening to me?" I asked.

"You activated your dragon god force" Draco answered.

I made the scales disappear and looked at them. "And what's that?"

"You see when a dragon slayer enters dragon force, they effectively turn into a humanoid dragon. Gaining reptilian scales and traits, such as further elongated and sharper canines and scale like patterns on their skin" Draco explains. "Dragon force is the final, most powerful state a dragon slayer can attain. Granting them power comparable to that which a real dragon possesses, the power to utterly destroy everything"

"Woah" I said.

"But yours is dragon god force. It greatly increases the damage done by standard dragon force and grants you access to even more advanced, powerful attacks. It also drastically enhances your prowess, speed and considerably boost your magic power which becomes visible, taking the appearance of a dragon" Genji explained.

"That's insane" I said. "Hey um, that dragon head attack you used. What was the meaning of those words you said?"

"Ryūjin no ken wo kūrae?" Genji asked and I nodded. "It's an ancient spell used by dragons and only very few including myself know how to use it. It unleashes your very soul to fight for you. It's very powerful, but I'm surprised you manage to defeat it. The words simply means let the dragon consume my enemies"

I nodded. "I see"

"Lucy-sama come sit on this rock. I've got a first aid kit to treat your wounds" Karameel said as she carries a small box. I looked at my arms and my knuckles and noticed they were bleeding. My stomach also had cuts and bleeding.

"Thanks Karameel" I smiled as I sat down.

"That will be all for today. Rest now" Genji said. He and Draco transformed into dragons and flew off while Karameel was treating my wounds.
