"Jihyo, Momo says that her ankle feels fully healed. Would you please come check?" Mina asked, popping her head into the office.
"Oh, of course!" Jihyo chuckled, getting up from her seat.
The princess and medic made their way into the room, laying their eyes upon Momo. She was standing and walking around, trying to feel for any pain in her ankle.
"Wow, Momo, you've made a lot of progress!" Jeongyeon exclaimed. "Now it's my turn—"
"You stay put, Jeongyeon. You're still in no shape to move a lot," Momo commanded, laughing as she walked around.
"You seem to be walking fine," Jihyo said with a tone of relief. She sat on a bed, telling Momo to do so as well. She lifted Momo's leg, feeling around her ankle.
"W-Wait, that tickles," Momo laughed out. "Please, please, no more!"
Jihyo, Jeongyeon and Mina laughed at how ticklish Momo was. They all thought it was adorable.
"I had never realized how ticklish you are, Momo," Mina exclaimed.
"T-There's a reason I never told you, so that you don't attack me!"
"Sorry Momo, but now you'll have to be afraid of the tickle monsters," Jihyo joked.
"Not you, too..." Momo whined out. She pouted in place, crossing her arms. "Please, have some mercy, won't you?"
"None given," Jihyo laughed. "Alright, I better get some supplies delivered. You girls stay safe and healing."
"Will do, doc," Jeongyeon responded whilst waving. "I wonder how long it'll take for me to get back up to strength..."
"Hopefully soon enough. We can't be certain on what might happen—" Before Mina could finish her sentence, she was interrupted with a horn sounding.
Mina, Momo and Jeongyeon scrambled across the room, quickly shutting the doors and blinds. They watched through the window, listening through the cracks.
"Where is princess Myoui Mina?" One of the guards sternly asked a citizen.
"I have no clue who you're talking about," the man said, readying to walk away.
Before he stepped upon the ground, the guard grabbed the hem of his tunic, pulling him closer. "I said where is princess Myoui Mina?!"
"I-I don't know! What more do you want?" The man panicked, trying to shuffle away.
The guard struck him down, knocking the man unconscious. He proceeded to look upon the crowd, anger in his eyes. "If none of you will tell us where princess Myoui Mina is, all of you will end up like this peasant right here!"
"Enough!" Yelled a man, pulling the shoulder of the guard.
Mina peeked out, her eyes widening in shock.
"I-I'm sorry, your highness," the guard quickly apologized, bowing.
"My family does not need you to scare these citizens. You do not have a say," Kai sternly said, letting the guard go. "Mina! You can't hide forever!"
Momo looked towards Mina, seeing the horror in her face. "Is that your brother?"
"Yes... he must have been sent with the guards," Mina whispered, her voice shaking. "What do we do?"
"Have it your way, then. We're going to come back, and if you don't report yourself, this whole village is burning to the ground!" The prince announced.
The prince rounded up the guards into the carriage, looking back menacingly at the village.
The crowd of people gathered around the man, concerned for his well-being.
