y/n's pov
It's the day of the audition and the past couple of days have been amazing. Timothee and I were on great terms, he didn't hold a grudge, and I felt like we became closer.
Timothee and I attended an acting class that his manager had recommended and I enjoyed it alot. We did improv and she taught us many techniques to keep us in control of our emotions. I'm glad it was a private session because I would have looked like a fool in front of other people.
"Did you want to grab some coffee before we head over to the audition?" Timothee said. I turned to him and saw that he was already smiling at me as we waited for the red light to turn green.
"Uh yeah sure. Some coffee will ease my nerves a little." I smiled. He nodded his head and planted his hand on my knee. I felt my cheeks heat up so I looked out my window and avoided eye contact with Timothee.
"Hi. Welcome to Starbucks. What can I get started for you?" The barista asked as we stopped at the drive thru screen.
"Can I have a grande cafe latte, a grande caramel macchiato, and a banana nut bread." Timothee responded.
I couldn't help but smile when he ordered my banana nut bread. Two days ago, Timothee decided to help me bake and we made banana nut bread because I had told him it was my favorite. We made a huge mess in the kitchen and Amanda was livid when she got home.
"Where's the flour?" I asked as I looked around the pantry for the container of flour. I turned around and all I saw was white powder in the air.
"Ri-right there." Timothee laughed.
I wiped the flour off my face so I could see and he was hunched over laughing. I grabbed the two eggs and smashed it on his hair.
"You're so dead, Y/N. I just showered." He whined as he picked the eggshells off his head.
"You started it." I said, sticking out my tongue and grabbing a handful of the sugar and tossing it on his hair.
He stood up and grabbed the whole container of flour. My eyes widened and I ran to the other side of the kitchen to avoid him. I grabbed the nearest thing to me which was a banana peel and I chucked it at him. Barely missing as he ducked down. He chased me in circles throwing handfuls of flour my way until I slipped on the banana peel and fell on my face. Timothee had no reaction time to stop so he tripped and landed on top of me.
"Got ya." He said, dumping half of the flour container onto my head.
"WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED IN HERE??" We heard Amanda yell. Making both of us stand up and dust ourselves off.
"We're making banana nut bread. Do you want some?" Timothee said with a smirk on his face. I elbowed him, and gave him a look to let him know right now wasn't the time for jokes.
"Here's your stuff." He said, handing me my warm cup of coffee and my pastry bag. I thanked him and proceeded to take a sip out of my coffee. I hummed as the sweet warm liquid hit my throat (get your head out of the gutter, nasties. I know what you guys are thinking about)
The rest of the ride to the audition was silent, quiet music played in the background as I took in the view of LA. All my nerves were gone and it felt like a regular day. When we got in the building we saw multiple people sitting in the waiting room.
"You guys can go on in. They've been waiting for you." The receptionist said to Timothee and I.
Out of nowhere I grabbed Timothee's hand and squeezed it tight. He turned his head to me and nodded "It's going to be okay. We got this. You got this. You're going to do amazing things in there, sweetheart."
