Monster (Fairytail StingLu)

7 -Farewell-

Oh mah god . I actually decided this to be StingLu at first but when i keep writing NaLu moments ... My heart keeps wavering between the two . When there are some moments of both of the shippings , i'll start asking you guys to comment who you want Lucy to end up with ! There may be a little RoLu ♡ I think im getting crazy . xD

-Lucy's P.O.V-
I took a bath and brushed my teeth with a new toothbrush prepared for me . Then i changed into the clothes prepared for me by the maids .

It was purple and reached my thighs , strapless and had galaxy design at the end of the dress . Its not tight so its comfortable . It was really beautiful , i hope i can take this back . Hehe .

I wonder how will Natsu look like ?

I'm looking forward to it .

I turned the doorknob and i opened the door . I walked towards the direction that music was coming from . They had Secondhand Serenade's Stranger on now . When i walked in the ballroom , there was a buffet . People were dancing and some were talking and eating .

But ... Where's Natsu ? Pink haired ... Pink haired ... No sign of pink hair at all .

I shrugged and moved to the food . I'm so hungry ! I grabbed a plate and put fried rice , cheese sausages , nuggets and alot more . Then on another plate i placed 5 fruit tarts , 3 strawberry cakes and 2 cheese cakes .

I have another stomach for desserts ♡

I walked to a empty table and sat down on the glass chair . I placed both of my plates down and i was ready to eat .

" Luce ! " A voice called out . My heart throbbed at the voice .

Well duh , its obviously Natsu . And i wonder why i keep gettting these strange feelings when i'm with him ?

I turned back to see Natsu wearing a suit with a tie and his fringe was down . My eyes widened at his appearance .

My heart's pace fastened and my face heated up . I almost had a nosebleed as i felt heat all rushing up to my brain . My mind went blank and i couldn't find words to say . Something seems stuck in my throat .

" Ce ? -Cy ? Lucy ?! " I snapped out of my thoughts when Natsu raised his voice a little higher .

" Er- Erm . Yes ? "

" Why are you spacing out ? "

" Uhh ... Was i spacing out ? "

" Yeah , you- Oh my god . Look at that amount of food ! I'M ALL FIRED UP ! Leave a seat for me ! "
Natsu said as he started to drool . He ran to where the food were and i sat down again .

I sighed , ' Luckily he didn't continue asking . ' I thought and ate a bite of my food .

It was GODLIKE . Oh my dear heaven . I finished a plate in like under 10 minutes and Natsu joined me with 5 plates stacked up on BOTH of his hands . And that makes it 10 .

I bursted out laughing .

" HAHAHAHA ! Whats with you and your super big appetite ?! Don't you ever get fat ?! " I laughed and he put the plates down . It filled the table . He shook his head , " I don't gain fat easily . But i lose fat easily . " He said and i cracked my fingers .

When i tend to eat alot , i gain fat EASILY . And when i eat less , i don't lose fat . This is unfair for me !

I pouted . Then it came to me . Where's Happy ?

" Natsu , where's Happy ? " I asked and he said while eating a mouthful of food .

" He's tired and he whants to swheep . "

I nodded and ate another bite .

Awake by Secondhand serenade was now playing and Natsu and I were bored after finishing all our food .

I looked at our surroundings . People were mostly dancing now .

" Ne , Lucy . Wanna dance ? " Natsu asked and a smile formed on my face . But thats not how you ask a person on a dance .

" Please put it in a better way ? " I smiled .

A tint of pink can be seen on his face . I wonder why ?

" M-May i have your first dance , hime-sama ? "
He stood beside me and reached out his hand .

I blushed to my ears , although i know what he was going to say ( except for the hime-sama ) ... I didn't know i would like it this much .

I regained myself and took his hand .

" Gladly . "

He grinned and we started to dance . I had dance lessons when i was young but Natsu ... Surely he didn't have any .

But i was surprised that he could dance along with me perfectly . My right hand was on his shoulder and he held my left hand , our fingers were intertwined . His left hand was on my waist and we danced to the music romantically .

We danced till the music ended and we smiled at each other .

" Lucy , you know .. You're really beautiful . " He said and scratched his cheeks while blushing .

" H-Huh ? Oh .. Thank you .. You're really cool too ! " I said and we blushed afterwards .

We laughed again and went back to our rooms after a small chat .

I changed out of my dress and wore casual clothes to sleep .

xx Timeskip to next day , saying bye to Lia xx

Me and Natsu collected the reward and now we were at the gate , bidding farewell to Lia .

" Lucy-nee ! " Lia cried a little and hugged me .

" Why are you crying ? We stayed longer than we should have ! " I laughed a little but my vision was blurring .

" Don't talk about me ! What about you ? Y-You are a-also ... Crying ! " She said as she pulled back to look at my face which now has tears running down .

" Huh ? These ? Oh , i got sand in my eyes ! " I said and she laughed while crying .

I wiped away my tears and hers' .

" Byebye . Lets meet again ! " I smiled and my tears were stopping .

" Hai ! Byebye ! " She waved at us and Natsu said , " Take care ! "

We finally left the place and now we're heading to the train station back to Fairytail .

Farewells ... Are really saddening huh ? Like how my mother and father left me . I hope i won't have to bid farewells anymore .

Especially with Fairytail . With Happy . With ...

Natsu .
