Chapter 10 | ???

The sun shining brightly and birds chirping on trees on a Friday morning, Kaeya, as usual, went to the landlord to help him. 

He got to school and saw Childe talking to Rosaria so he walked over to them and asked whats going on. Rosaria said she found Albedo in the shed bleeding and hurt all over. Kaeya's head got hot and all he could think about was Albedo.

Kaeya kept questioning Rosaria about what happened to Albedo and Rosaria says she doesn't know either. He asked where Albedo was and Rosaria replied saying He's in the hospital near by their school. He immediately ran over as fast as he could. He asked the counter where Albedo was and ran to the room as fast as he could, he slammed the door open and saw Albedo passed out on the bed. He sat down and looked at his wounds, his arms were scraped, his face had bandages all over it, and his neck had a bruise on it. The longer he stared at Albedo, the angrier he got. He had a bruise circling around his neck and bruises on his wrists as well. His head had been wrapped up. He laid his head on the bed and waited till Albedo woke up.

Its noon, Albedo hasn't woken up yet. He's worried, what happened to Albedo? Why is he so beaten up? Albedo wouldn't have done something to make someone else mad, I'm sure. Some time passed and Albedo opened his eyes to see Kaeya's head on his bed, he sat up with his neck and head still hurting, so he laid back down. Kaeya got woken up by Albedo's movement. He immediately got up and asked if Albedo was okay.

'Albedo! Are you okay? What happened? Who did this to you?'

'I'm fine Kaeya, don't worry, I'm sure this is nothing big.'

'NOTHING BIG?! YOU HAVE BANDAGES WRAPPED AROUND YOUR HEAD AND BRUISES ALL OVER YOU! YOU'RE HURT EVERYWHERE AND YOU SAY THIS IS NOTHING BIG?!'

Albedo was shocked that Kaeya shouted at him, he saw Kaeya crying with tears dripping down his face endlessly.

'I was so worried you know...'

Kaeya biting his lips trying to stop his tears, but it wouldn't work. He wiped his tears with his forearms and hugged Albedo.

'I'm sorry Kaeya, but let's keep the voice down, alright?'

'.....Okay..'

Albedo waited for Kaeya to calm down only then he would talk to him, Well it took ages to wait because Kaeya wouldn't stop crying, he finally stopped after 7 minutes of crying.

Albedo smiled at Kaeya and told him that he was walking to the shed to get some stuff for drawing, but he got knocked out and he didn't know what happened after that. Kaeya asked if he knew who knocked him out, he said there was a group of guys and girls, but he doesn't know who. Kaeya decided that he'll just stay by Albedo's side and deal with everything else tomorrow.

 He held Albedo's hand tightly and Albedo just smiled at him, Kaeya said he'd go bring some food for Albedo and asked what he wanted. Albedo said he wanted warm soup so Kaeya went home to cook some and bring it to the hospital. Kaeya could nurse Albedo for weeks and weeks but school exists, this was the only time he didn't want school to exist. Kaeya chopped up some carrots, potato and chicken. He boiled the chicken with the soup and brought a small bottle for Albedo to drink. He got to the hospital by taxi and ran back to Albedo with the soup. 

'Thank you Kaeya, but shouldn't you be in school? The teacher will scold you'

'I don't care about school if you're looking like this, and I'm sure Rosaria and Childe will cover for me. And talking about them, Sucrose, Childe and Rosaria said they were gonna come visit you after school's over, which should be any minute now'

'Ah, okay. Did you bring soup for them too? I'm sure they would love to eat your cooking.'

'Yes I did Albedo, don't worry.'

'ALBEDO!'

The door slammed and there was Sucrose, Rosaria and Childe. Sucrose ran in as fast as she could and panicked when she saw Albedo like that.

'Sucrose, I'm fine. Don't worry'

'DON'T WORRY?! ALBEDO YOU LOOK LIKE YOU JUST GOT RAN OVER BY A TRUCK!'

'You're acting like Kaeya, calm down Sucrose. Kaeya has been taking care of me very well. Don't worry.'

Sucrose stared at Kaeya with suspicion and sat down. Albedo smiled once again.

Childe and Rosaria stood at one place with bags in their hands full of snacks, waiting for the reunion to be over.

'Hey Albedo, we got you some snacks and drinks you should be able to eat and drink right now'

'Thank you'
