There was something, or someone to be more precise, holding me when I woke up. I turned around and faced the last person I thought I would ever wake up to. Salem.
His inky, black hair fell into his face. My hand was twitching to move it, but the other half of me just wanted to watch him sleep. He was now one of my servants. I lost my virginity to a demon of the Underworld. Not only that, but I lost it to someone I hated. Well, used to hate.
Looking at him so defenseless, and so at peace, I couldn't bare to hate him. After all, I did force him to be mine. As soon as my hand brushed back his hair, his eyes opened. Also at the same time he grabbed my wrist. I took an intake of breath as he kissed the inside of my wrist.
"You shouldn't watch a demon while he sleeps, Princess." He said playfully. His eyes were a brighter gray. Almost as if the storm that was once there passed over for today. My cheeks burned with embarrassment as he gazed at me.
"I will admit that I was surprised when you wanted me to be your servant." He said smirking, "Then again, who could resist this body?" He gestured to himself with the smirk still playing on his lips. Yes, who could resist an arrogant asshole?
I rolled my eyes at him and smiled. "While we're on the topic of bodies. I need to take a shower." I admitted.
"Sweetheart, can you even walk to the bathroom?" Salem asked. Of course I could walk there! What kind of idiotic question is that? It's not like I'm handicapped.
As I tried to get off the bed, the throbbing between my legs started to sting. My eyes widened in surprise. Well this was a new feeling.
"What's the matter, Princess? I thought you wanted to shower." Salem said teasingly. Damn him. He really knows how to get under my skin. Grabbing the covers to wrap around me, I stood up.
Instantly my legs gave out on me. Before my knees could touch the ground, Salem was holding me up. "You know, for a demon princess, you're pretty weak." He whispered in my ear, "Glad to know I could bring you to your knees."
Scoffing, I pushed away from him. This time I did manage to stand on my own. "Want to repeat that while you're getting another tan from my powers?" I said glaring at him. He's my servant, isn't he suppose to be nice to his master or something?
He held up his hands in surrender. That's when I noticed he was standing stark naked in front of me. I looked away quickly. He was hard again that was for sure.
"You do realize that you are indecent right?" I asked him embarrassed.
"It's not like you're any better. You're wearing a cover." He said humorous. I scowled at the wall.
"Just show me the fucking bathroom." I said.
"We don't have a fucking bathroom, but we could make one." He said playfully. God, he's killing me. Now that I mention killing, where is Throne?
"Hey, Salem. Have you seen Throne?" I asked him. His eyes widened in fear.
"Don't say that!" He whisper yelled.
"Don't say what? All I want to know is where Throne is." I said. If possible his eyes got wider. "What's wrong with you?"
"That bitch is like Beetle Juice, if you say her name three times she turns up." He said glaring at me. I decided to play dumb with him.
"Who, do you mean Throne?" I asked innocently. Salem looked as if he was about to shit his pants. "What's so scary about 9 year old? You're such a baby." When Throne didn't show up, Salem calmed down.
"If anything, her normal form is more scary than her human one." Salem said sighing. I thought I saw her demon form when she defeated that homeless guy. Thinking back on that night still gives me the shivers.
