I don't think were alone...

After getting back with your collective original friends there was a lot of tension between duplicates.

"Alright this is getting ridiculous we should be able to ask non incriminating questions to "Ourselves" and maybe at least not be awkward towards each other." Y/Ng said Exasperated.

"Your right, so lets start with a easy one, how long have you and your Tari been together?" Y/Nmr asked.

"A little over two years, and we're going at a pace that makes Tari comfortable." Y/Ng responded with a smile as the tension seemed to break a bit. The alternate version of you nodded.

"Thats actually kind of smart." Fr/Nmr said. "going at the pace the girl wants to go." he said looking at Sofia who pulled him into a quick kiss.

"just try not to break my heart, and ill be ok with any pace." she said with a smile making him flush.

both meggys look at her before looking at each other.

"Huh, well keeping between us for a moment, i did not realize how short those shorts were..." Meggyg said flushing.

"I'm just surpised i haven't bought new clothes yet. to put that chapter of my life to rest..." her duplicate mused respectively.

"That's not a bad idea, if i can remember that when we go back home." she said nodding in agreement to the idea.

the belles were looking at each other.

"Used to work for opposing forces?" Belleg asked

"Yup" her taller duplicate responded.

"Now on the same side and not as hostile to Tari?" she asked nodding her head

"Yep, wow our character arcs aren't that different are they?" her duplicate asked exasperated.

"Apparently not." she responded groaning

before the brothers could talk there was a low rumble in the ground. all parties were on high alert.

"I don't think were alone here." Luigi muttered.

"that much was obvious." SMG4 said rolling his eyes before swearing he saw a flash of yellow and green out in the fields.

"Did anyone else see-?" he began before being cut off by Saiko.

"Francis? But it thought he died in the explosion on that island." she said completely perplexed.

Masa saw a tuft of blonde hair peak over the top.

"Lucks is here too?" he asked confused. "He was nowhere near us last time i checked." he finished angrily.

"That may be true but who knows how close he was to the others." Lamar said

Whisk looked like she had seen a ghost as she looked into the field.

"Whats wrong?" Auri asked

"Anyone but him..." she squeaked out in fear.

"Who?" auri asked.

"Benedict..." she said shaking. Auri looked out into the field and didn't see anything since he was one of the shortest of the groups.

"the Benedict that killed the previous sheriff?" he asked voice full of anger trying to jump up and get a good look to see whisk nod.

"Alright guys, it seems to stand that villains that we have faced or will face whisk notwithstanding are here with us as well, just keep a good look out and lets head back to the places we want to be so that our chances of meeting them diminish slightly." Y/Ng said to which everyone nodded and headed to the only apartment/ hotel mangled combo existed and got settled into the rooms.

The couples bunked together (Obviously), the plumbers shared a room, the gamer bros tolerated each other, bob rob boopkins and jub jub all shared a room, and saiko melony and whisk shared the last room to which the cat girl felt like she was in danger especially around the taller girl.

"Don't try to do anything funny and you will be fine, got it?" Saiko asked getting whisk to look her in the eye.

"Yes ma'am." she whimpered out feeling some weird emotions.
