But I finally got some time!
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CONTINUING!!!
TW for mention of suicide. The mention is small in terms of only appearing in one sentence without saying the word, but it is implied and the issue is certainly not small or insignificant in real life. If you wish to skip over the paragraph, I marked it so that you will know. Bolded text will appear before and after the paragraph.
If you ever find yourself in need of help, there are lines you can reach:

The Claws of the Clouds Mountains stretched out under Prion. Flying at this high of an altitude, where the snow-capped peaks were mere talon-lengths away from his claws, granted the IceWing a little boost of speed. He no longer felt like he was clawing through the thick, suffocating air of the jungle or the swamp. Rather, he was soaring as fast as he could to the first SandWing settlement west of the MudWings, a trading colony. It found its home along the Great Six-Tail River, nestled in the canyons bordering the sixth tributary. Snake Pit.
I hope Bisque is healing well, thought the IceWing as the mountains slowly fell away. He had been reluctant to leave her in the Diamond Spray Delta, but she was with other MudWings who knew how to take care of her. Besides, there was the fact that she seemed to not need much help.
"I think it's best if we split up from here," Pathfinder had said once they had reached a MudWing settlement in the delta. She had scratched out a map of Pyrrhia in the loamy soil. With one claw, she traced a path to the kingdoms of Sea, Sky, and Sand. "We don't know for sure which tribe the Comet went to even with Jaguar's quick scouting -"
The RainWing in question had drooped, his face tense. Prion imagined he wanted to get his claws on the dragon who was The Blue Comet. He did, too.
"- so that means our best bet is to go to the remaining tribes and warn them if the Comet hasn't yet arrived, or try to fight the Comet if we find it. Bisque, I know you want revenge, but you're not fit to fly or walk."
Bisque's voice had been carefully flat. "Yes."
Pathfinder's eyes had flicked to Prion's, who shared the same thought. She's lying to placate us, he knew, but there was also nothing he could do. Bisque could leave once she was able – maybe even before – and although he had not known her for long, she seemed like the type of dragon to do that. Prion would have to tell the MudWings who would care for her to keep her under intense watch.
He was brought out of his memories by the changing temperature of the air. It was noon, now, and as he left the mountains and entered the canyonland, the sun began to sear him harder.
I'm not even in Snake Pit yet and I'm already succumbing to the heat, Prion thought. Maybe I should have drunk the water in the delta...
The unpleasant sight of the murky swamp water filled his mind. Nevermind. After being used to drinking ice cold water from the arctic, Prion was not keen to try the warm, likely parasite-infested water of the marshes.
That's enough of that, he thought as the canyons began to take shape. Small streams from the mountains picked up speed and carved narrow paths through the rock. Eventually, the water gathered enough to widen the cracks. Soon, they would merge and become the Roaring Rapids, the sixth tributary in the Great Six-Tail river. Prion was close.
