"RUIS honey, are you alright?"

Charlie unnie's cold touch immediately stripped me off from my drifting. I quickly nodded to assure her that I'm completely alright. I couldn't sleep and found myself sitting at the house's belvedere and she gladly accompanied me with a cup of hot chocolate as we both admire the stars...

Like me, she said she couldn't sleep because she took a long nap earlier and craving for some hot chocolate and mini pancakes which I gladly cooked for her. I'm happy to see her in such a healthy and happy state. My husband told me about what happened to her previous pregnancies and despite not having a tinge of memory of those mentioned adversities, I feel nothing but truly happy for her.

We decided to stay in the lake house tonight and by seeing the sky... my thoughts suddenly brought me back to that cottage where the 'delinked' Romanov reside...

The man or rather the 'uncle's' name was Alexius Viktor. Lord Mikhail, the Soviet superior's younger brother. Now that he's no longer connected to the family he lives with the name Matthew Garin.

No one knew about his existence except a few people.

Just some very reliable friends and the only family member who knows he's alive is his nephew, my husband; Alexander Vladimir the crown prince of Russia.

He faked his death and I also learned that he's a very skilled and notorious assassin. A former asset to the family...

But one day he got tired of it. He didn't like how royals function and also mentioned about 'inequality'. He was so fond of his nephew that he kidnapped him for a couple of days which got him into trouble in the first place. He adored snowball so much that he wanted to keep him so they can just live in peace and away from the chaotic royal life.

That's when he took the chance to detach himself from the family. During the rescue he pretended that he was killed and was never found again.

It was s story, so surreal as though something you can only see in the movies.

A royal who intentionally traded his title over freedom.

He strictly reminded us to never look at him that way again and respect his life now.

He discussed a lot of things with my husband while I roamed his house. It was a very nice sanctuary for someone who really wanted to be away from the noise of the world...

I found a room that truly captivated me.

It was a huge room filled with different crystals.
