Alicia's pov: After the bell rang, I went into Homeroom with kendalynn and sat on her couch. Mrs frank had the class pet hamster out running around on a set of desks. " Can I hold biscuit," I asked. She shook her head yes and went back to her desk. Biscuit is so adorable I pet him and cuddled him up close to my face. Then i took some pictures of him that kendalynn made me send to her. I gave biscuit back to the teacher and got my phone from my sweatshirt pocket and texted started texting Noah. Kendalynn was just showing me random tik toks. The announcements came on and me and kendalynn stood up and spoke word for word of the pledge. We sat back on the couch and just talked about random stuff until I felt my phone vibrate. I looked at my phone and saw destiny message me. The message said, ' gavin asked me out on a date EEEEE. ' I showed kendalynn and I said, " good for her Jonny would never ask me out. " kendalynn shook her head and continued to message her girlfriend. The bell finally rang and we both walked out. We met up with destiny she was just talking about gavin the whole time we were walking. We walked into biology and sat at our desks. I was happy I was finally able to see Jonny. I pulled out my chromebook and waited for directions, I felt Jonny staring at me so I looked over and he winked at me. He whispered to me, " Would you like to go the dance with me and maybe be my girlfriend" I already told destiny I wasn't going to the dance but I'm not saying no to my crush. "Uhm sure, I would love to," i say.. He gave me his phone number and we were secretly texting back and forth in class. We'll this day just took a turn for the better. I saw a notification on my phone from rylie. Jonny said to ignore it but I didn't. The text message said ' stay away from my ex or you'll regret it ' " Told you just ignore her and don't worry about her she's to much of a pussy to actually do anything, she's just trying to scare you," Jonny said. The bell rang and Jonny said " bye, love you" and walked out with his friends. I met up with destiny and kendalynn and told them about Jonny. I almost died. I left them in the hallway to go to my next class.

Destiny's pov: In Homeroom I was watching gavin fidget with his lead pencil while talking to his friends. I saw him glance back at me and smile and I was in total awe. I wish he would just talk to me already. Suddenly I saw him get out of his chair and walk down his row of desks to mine and he asked me, " you destiny what are you doing tonight, you going to my game." I was shocked and I did not know what to say but I made sure I found words and made sure it didn't come all out in gibberish. " yes ofcourse I'm going to your game," I said in a happy tone. As he walked off he replied with, " That's great we should get something to eat afterwards..." " A d-date," I answered. He giggled and sat back down in his desk. The morning announcements came on and I was made to stand up. I could not focus on anything I was so out of it. I could only think about gavin and if he liked me and why he would even like me. I quickly sat back down in my chair and messaged alicia ' Omg gavin asked me out on a date EEEEE. ' For the rest of class me and her messaged back and forth. I tried to tell audrianna what had happened but she was lost in her book so I didn't even try to, I didn't wanna bother her. Then the bell rang again which meant it was time for 1st period. I met up with Alicia and kendalynn at their Homeroom so we could all go to biology together. The whole entire walked I just couldn't stop talking and thinking about gavin. My mind was taken over by him. I went into the biology roomed and sat in my desk. I got out my chrome book and listened for the following directions. Why is this class so boring. I heard the teacher talking but I listened to none of it I was just staring off into space. We just had to do notes, the teacher reading notes is boring I rather think about gavin. I secretly pulled out my phone and saw a message from... GAVIN OMG. It said ' Meet me at the Cafe after 9th so we could plan our date, I will be waiting outside of ela for you 😚.' I was so suprised and shakey I almost dropped my phone, the teacher saw me catch my phone as it almost landed face first on the floor and yelled, " DESTINY GET OFF YOUR PHONE YOU KNOW THEY ARENT ALOUD IN MY CLASS, COME ON NOW I DONT WANT TO HAVE TO TAKE IT FROM YOU." I rolled my eyes and put my phone in my book bag pocket. The bell rang again and I walked Out of the classroom with alicia and kendalynn, alicia was just talking about Jonny the whole time until she walked away from us to go to her next class. Faith came up to Me and kendalynn and she looked angry. I could see why her ex likes me but I don't care she could be jealous all she wants he's finally mine.

Audrianna's pov: Everyone was talking but not me I was staring out the window at the newly fallen snow. I rather be out there then be in here bored in Homeroom. The morning announcements came on and I had to stand up and state the pledge of allegiance. When I stood up I wasn't paying attention to how I did and before I could realize what was happening I ended up flat on the floor... ugh that was so embarrassing! I looked at what I tripped on, and I saw destiny didn't have her book bag straight up instead it was lying on the ground. I picked up her book bag for her and checked to make sure Noone saw my dumb mistake.. eveyone was involved in their own things. Ofcourse Noone saw me, i'm invisible, fuck this. I angrily sat back in my desk. It was morning elt and I had no homework I grabbed my book that I was supposed to read for ela and decided to read that for the rest of the class we had left, it's not like Noone would try to talk to me. The teacher dismissed us to the next class which was math for me. I walked to Mrs Frank's class and saw alicia and kendalynn walk out. I waved at them with a smile on my face. Neither of them noticed, they were to busy talking about random stuff. I walked to my desk which happened to be at the back of the class and i got my notebook to right the daily question in. Mrs frank took attendance, she said everyone's name until she got to mine. I raised my hand as high as I could but she still didn't see it or hear me say I was here and marked me absent. Just fantastic. I decided to just walk out of class and skip, when the teacher wasn't looking it's not like she would notice I left anyway. I walked to the bathroom and went to the corner hiding behind the door and sat there reading my book. While I was sitting there I heard the fire alarm go off. I couldn't decide if it was a fake or real fire drill so I just decided to stay in the bathroom. I rather the teacher not accidentally see me, if she would I would get introuble for skipping. I started to smell a really bad smell coming from a few classes down from me. I looked out of the bathroom and into the hallway and saw the cafeteria was full of smoke. I decided I should probably go out side now and walked towards the exit door. But once I got there it was full of firery flames. I realized I was blocked In so I turned around and walked back towards the bathroom. But once I got back there that had been touched by flames, I was trapped. I had another mental breakdown I knew the fire fighters wouldn't come looking for me, not even the teachers, I sat there and cried as the fire got closer and closer to me. I closed my eyes and wished this would all be over and I wished the fire would just take me out of my misery already. I opened my eyes and I was back in the bathroom. There was no smoke, no fire, all I seen was my book closed on my lap. I must have fallen asleep and had a night mare. "OH NO WHAT TIME IS IT," I yell as I struggle to pull my phone out of my book bag. I checked the time and it was 1 minute until the bell, that was a close call. I got up and walked off to 2nd period.
