It was said that nothing escapes her eyes once it came to her siblings. As the eldest, it was her task to act like a parent towards her younger siblings.
And for the past two weeks Touya's bruises and his additional usage of bandages didn't come unnoticed to her eyes.
"Y/n, can you you pick up Natsuo and Fuyumi today? Today's family day at Shoto's preschool" Rei asked, while serving food on the table, with Y/n helping her. Both were preparing breakfast for the family.
"Sure." Y/n answered.
"Sorry for always depending on you" Rei apologized
"It's fine."
Even though no emotion laced her tone, Y/n felt pity towards her mother. Pity that she had to marry her bastard of a father just because he found her quirk strong and useful. How she had to endure his abuse just to protect them. If Rei was tasked to protect Shoto, it was Y/n and Touya's to make sure Fuyumi and Natsuo heard none of the pleading.
But inside their large household nothing could be kept a secret when it came to the treatment that they recieve simply because they can see it all, witness everything, hear them too. Yet none of them could stop any of it.
Simply because he didn't hesitate to hit them too.
