LEIGH'S SIDE
We brought Gale and Era to my house kasi mabuti nang nag-iingat davah?
"I... I... What happened to Jake?" Gale whispered. She ain't crying.
Pagkatapos ba namang makaubos ng tatlong box ng tissue eh, tingin niyo ba makakaiyak pa 'yan?
"He was found at the-"
"Statue of Rhea Silvia?" Gale took a deep breath, "We were supposed to meet there last night."
"Why there?" Era asked as she took a sip of her hot choco. Erm, I was hoping mapapakalma sila ng hot choco ih.
"Dun kasi kami unang nagkita ni Jake eh." she said sadly.
"Don't worry, girl. It's gonna be fine." biglang yakap ni Era kay Gale na parang close na close sila kahit a few moments ago lang naman sila nagkakilala. Wth?
"Sunshine," Eros called me to join him outside.
"Yes?" I hand him a cup of hot choco. He took it then he placed it down the coffee table. Oo may coffee table ako sa labas ng bahay ko. Pake niyo ba? Eh sa nagkakape ako sa labas ng bahay eh. = . =
"I'm sorry. I'm really sorry. Galit ka pa ba sakin?" he held both of my hands tightly.
"Sunshine, di naman ako galit wag kang ano diyan. It's just that sobrang irrational mo kanina. Ayon na badtrip ako."
"Irrational talaga ako pag naiinis ako. Wala na kong magagawa para baguhin yon." nagbuntong hininga siya, "Pero kung gusto mo, babaguhin ko--"
"No. Hindi ko naman sinasabing magbago ka. Ang sinasabi ko lang, parehas tayong naging irrational kanina. Kaya tayo nagkainisan."
"What do you suggest to do?"
"With what?" I stared at his eyes.
"With our irrationality. Pag di natin naayos 'yon lagi tayong mag-aaway."
"Hmm. Try to be calm? Wala naman kasi tayong magagawa sa irrationality natin on certain situations. It's kind'a normal." I shrugged.
"Eh? Osige." he kissed my forehead.
"So, any updates sa Wolf Stone?" I asked him.
"Later." he winked at me.
"Hoy, kayong dalawa talaga parang walang namatayan ng jowa dito ah. Tsaka parang walang mga single dito. Hmp." pabittuh na react ni Ree.
"Oh ano na bang plano ni Gale? San siya?" tanong ko kay Ree.
"Dito daw muna sila ni Era sa bahay mo. Since uuwi naman tayo sa bahay ni Eros di ba?" wow. Lakas nung 'tayo' ah. Third wheel sa'min ni Eros, ganon? XD
"Hmm. Shigi. Okay lang ba sila dito? Pwede ko naman silang samahan." I offered.
"Hindi na, Nyx. Okay lang andito naman si Era eh." Gale said staring blankly at her cup. I take it that she's still in shock of what has transpired today.
