Chapter 22-The Grandparents

"I think I found your grandparents" Jeremy said a couple of hours later. He works fast.

"Really? Where do they live?" I asked. Out of all the stories mom has told me, she never told me where she grew up.

"Well it says here that they have many properties in the US..." Jeremy said. "There names are Margret and Jerry Westbrook. Do those names sound familiar to you?"

"No" I said. I've never heard those names before in my life.

"I found some pictures online" Jeremy said. "There are some of your mom"

"So where are they now?" I asked him. "I need to get into contact with them"

"Well it says here that's they are in Napa, California" Jeremy said.

"Great, now I just need to find a way to get there"I said more to myself then Jeremy.

"Can you send all of the information you have on them to me?" I asked.

"Yeah I'll email it all to you. If you need anything else, don't call me until tomorrow. I really need to sleep" Jeremy said.

I laughed. "Okay thanks man, I really owe you."

"Yeah you do, and I'll be collecting my favors soon. Good luck" he said and hung up.

I grabbed my laptop and opened my email to see that Jeremy had just sent it. I looked over the information, and took the laptop downstairs to show the guys.

"Jeremy found them" I said walking into the living room.

The triplets looked up from their phones and Carter and Finn walked in from the kitchen.

"What did you find?" Carter asked.

"My grandparents" I said.

"The really rich ones?" nate asked.

"Yeah, their names are Margret and Jerry Westbrook" I told them.

"Those sound like very proper and stuck up names" Mason said. Even through touch times this kid can pull a joke and everyone would laugh.

"Yeah it does actually. Maybe even British" Connor said laughing at Mason's joke.

"Well what else did you find out about them" Finn asked.

"It says here that they own house in New York, Colorado, Flordia, and Napa, California. Jeremy says they are staying in Napa right now, they own a vineyard." I read off to the guys from my computer.

"Well they sound pretty loaded from all of the houses that they own" Connor said.

"Do you think they would give you the money?" Nate asked.

"I don't know, but I guess I'm going to find out" I said.

"Are you going to call them?" Carter asked.

"No. I think the best way to do this is in person" I said.

"I agree. I think you should go meet them first before asking for money" Finn said.

"I'll call Dad and tell him what's happening, and see if we can use his traveling miles to get you to Napa." Carter said walking out of the room with his phone to his ear.

Finn got up out of his seat. "Well some people don't have to work for a living, but I do so I can feed your fat asses. I'm heading off to work, I won't be back until late. So fill me in on what's going on later" and he walked out of the living room.
