ISSUES BILLY HARGROVE

CHAPTER SEVEN

When I had woken back up I was in someone's bed with only a t-shirt on. I quickly looked in my shirt, good still have my bra and underwear on. I turned over to be faced to face with Billy Hargrove.

"Holly shit!" I said practically jumping out of his bed.

"What is it!" He groaned, he had already hit the hungover side of the morning and wasn't in the mood.

"What happened- did I-

"Know sweetheart I might be an asshole but I wouldn't sleep with you in the state you were in" he chuckled sitting up in his bed.

"Then how did I end up changed you know" I said gesturing with my hands to him and me.

"Well you practically stripped inside of my car after you passed out and woke up the first time" he stood up out of his bed and walked over to his night stand opening it up to grab some sort of pills.

"God that's embarrassing" I said running my fingers through my hair as I watched him take two pills.

"How are you not even hungover at all, you were piss drunk last night"

"No clue can't take alcohol real well but I can deal with it great the next morning"

I was stopped by a knock on his door. Well not exactly a knock it was a bang..

Billy quickly put me in his closet and closed the door.

"Stay quiet" he whispered right beside the door.

He walked over towards the door and opened it to reveal a man. A much older man.

"I need you to watch Maxine for awhile me and your mother are going out for a little" he said walking into Billys room and expecting things.

"Susan is not my mother and I have to study tonight with someone I can't" Billy tried to say.

"I don't think I was asking boy, and Susan is your mother so get used to it" he said starting to get a little angry.

"I can't watch it, I won't watch her and Susan might be your wife but she sure as hell isn't my mother" Billy started to get a little mad also and this man is what I'm guessing is Billys dad to the limit.

"Listen boy, your gonna watch your sister, Maxine weather you like it or not and I won't have that disrespect in my house you here me try me again" he said slamming Billy into the wall behind him.

"Sure yeah I've got her" he said raising his hands to his sides.

"What was that exactly?" Billys father said.

"Yes sir I can watch Maxine- my sister" he corrected himself.

Billys dad nodded and walked out of his room....

He walked over to the closet to let me out. There was a short silence in the air for awhile. Intel I had broke it.

"You wanna talks about it" I said awkwardly.

"We've got time" he said sitting back on his bed.

I came and sat in a chair that was in the corner of his room. Right beside of all his CDs and records. "What have you been listening to huh" I said clicking the button on his radio to start.

I smirked when a familiar Fleetwood Mac songs had played. "You out of all people I wouldn't have imagined to even own a CD like these" I said turning my head to him.

"Well I guess you were proven wrong, I don't know it's just, calming" he shrugged his shoulders. "Dont I recall you saying that I was the type to listen to this music" I smirked he smiled a little.

"Well was I wrong though, judging by the way your lip singing the song you've listened to this same song"

"Well I'll admit I had lied, I listen to it to, don't gotta be embarrassed" I said throwing one of his t-shirts at him that was hung over the chair.

"Who said I'm embarrassed huh" he said watching the shirt and throwing it back at me.

"Know one said it just your body language says it all for you" I said raising and eyebrow.

"You know tensed shoulders and getting defensive about it really shows" I said in a quiet voice. He chuckled a little and walked over to the radio and turned it off.

I stood up and turned it back on.

Following by him giving me a look and turning it back off.

Once again me moving closer towards him and turning it back on. This time he hadn't turned it off he just looked down at me.

But then.. he bent down and kissed me.
