THE VKs were all talking and laughing witg each other.

"Do you think we should tell them now?" Harriette Hook whispered to Gaston Junior, or as he prefered to be called, Junior.

"As long as your brother doesn't kill me, yeah." Junior whispered back.

"What are you talking about?" Harry Hook asked with narrowed eyes.

"Nothing." They both said quickly, making Harry even more suspicious.

"Oh let them be, Harry." Cj Hook, the youngest Hook sibling, rolled her eyes.

Harry huffed and turned to Uma and Gil, who were snickering.

They -- Harry, Harriette, Cj, Uma, Gil, Yzla and Zevon -- were at Zevon, Yzla and Ophelia's new house.

The two Groovés were planning something big, and asked the other's for help -- which must have definitely took a lot of pride-swallowing to do.

A knock on the door made them all look up.

"Are we expecting someone else?" Yzla asked, looking at Zevon.

He shook his head. "No."

"I'll go open the door." Yzla sighed and walked over to the wooden door with slight gold accents at the edges.

"Ophelia? What are you doing here?" Yzla asked. Her sister was supposed to be meeting with Adam right now. "And why do you look like..." She paused. "that?"

Ophelia looked frightened and angered, the expressions alienated on her usually sweet, carefree face.

"Long story." Ophelia panted. "Is Zevon inside?"

"Yes, in the drawing room. Why?" Yzla asked, moving away slightly, letting Ophelia in.

"Come on." Ophelia ignored her question and ran to the drawing room. Yzla ran after her.

"Zevon we have to tal--" Ophelia cut herself off, blinking owlishly at the people inside. "Well this is better. Now I don't have to repeat myself."

"What's wrong?" Cj asked immediately, recognizing her best friend's look.

"Aren't you supposed meeting with Adam right now?"Zevon asked at the same time.

"Adam is what's wrong!" Ophelia snapped, making Yzla flinch slightly. She looked like Yzma when she was angry.

"Sorry." Ophelia whispered softly to Yzla. "I didn't mean to."

"I know." Yzla gave her a small smile.

"What do you want to tell us?" Harriette asked.

"Adam is planning on making all the VKs who are still of the age to go to school go to this place where they all have to change their personalities and looks and --" she paused for breath. "basically -- he's changing us and making us AKs."

"Didn't he give a big speech about how he accepted us just the way we are in the radio just yesterday evening?" Harry asked with an incredulous look.

"Exactly!" Ophelia cried.

"But he would be making us someone who we aren't!" Harriette was angry -- no, furious. "Villains might be mad, but if any of their lids say they want to be 'good', then they only ignore the child. It's very rare for them to kick their children out without someone to look after the child. They never try to change the child!"

She spoke very fast, her scottish accent getying thicker and thicker that none -- other than Harry, Cj and Junior -- could understand her.

"We have to stop him!" Uma glared at the wall, probably already thinking of ways to stop him.

"But we won't be able to." Ophelia said, making them all look at her. "The AKs don't know. And they won't believe us. They'll demand we get put back in the Isle." She clarified.

"She has a point," Yzla muttered.

"What else do we do?" Uma yelled. "Half of the younger VKs must have met him already!"

"We save them, I suppose." Cj mumbled.

"And how do we do that, genius?" Harriette snapped.

"Don't talk to her like that!" Zevon and Harry said at the same time.

"Sorry." Harriette mumbled.

"I get it." Cj shrugged. "Tensions are high, we're all stressed. I get it."
