Chapter 7

Hope freezes on the spot. 'Has Josie always been this.... naughty?' Her heart stutters in her chest and she takes a moment to respond.

When she thinks of a reply she turns towards the brunette who is smiling teasingly while still eating some popcorn.

She wants to wipe that look off of her face somehow, so she narrows her eyes and blurts out the first thing that comes to mind."Prove it." She says challengingly.

She doesn't know where her newfound confidence came from but she wants to see where it can take her.

Josie raises an eyebrow in question, she searches the auburn haired girl's face for something but Hope is unsure of what it is.

She puts one more piece of popcorn in her mouth before she reaches over grabbing a small blanket the people working the cruise provided to everyone who is watching the film.

She throws it over her legs and does the same thing to Hope and scoots closer to her. Hope is a little confused for a second until she feels a warm hand slide up her thigh.

She looks at Josie who has a small smirk plastered on her face, she raises her eyebrows twice teasingly after that she moves her hand up slowly and squeezes Hope's thigh along the way.

Hope looks around to see if anyone was paying attention to them but everyone is too focused on the movie and it's pretty dark so she knows no one would be able to see what's going on. At least she hopes no one can.

Josie leans in and Hope thought for a second the girl was going to kiss her but she just feels her breath on her neck and it makes her shudder.

The brunette then starts to make her way up until she reaches the fly of her pants. She unbuttons the buttons and unzips her zipper. Hope closes her eyes because she can feel her heart beating out of her chest.

She feels the girl playing with the waist band of her underwear. Her breath hitches once Josie slides a finger underneath. She doesn't push it to far but Hope can feel an intense heat rush to her stomach from her being so close to that part of her body.

It gets even hotter when she hears the girl whisper,"Open your eyes."

She slowly opens her eyes and Josie is staring at her with lust filled ones. She moves her other hand up Hope's stomach feeling toned muscles, she scratches lightly making Hope groan quietly.

She smirks and starts moving her fingers under her waist band going lower at a really slow pace and Hope's nerves shoot all the way to her private area as she gets closer and closer.

She squeals quietly and the brunette pauses her movements. Hope covers her mouth and looks around happy that no one heard her. She coincidently screamed at the same time a woman on the film did.

Josie removes both of her hands and smiles happily. "See, I've barely touched you." She whispers before grabbing her box of popcorn.

Hope rolls her eyes and fixes herself before responding. "I may be a little squeamish but trust I can handle it. Besides don't you want to get over finch." She whispers back.

Josie looks over at the girl mentioned and she can feel her face turn a little red from anger. "Yes. It seems to be a little easier for her than me at the moment."

"Then use me." Hope says quickly.

Josie blushes and just looks at Hope.

Hope watches the light blush cover her cheeks before it clicks. "That sounded wrong." She said and mentally face palms herself. "I mean it seems like she's trying to make you jealous. Why don't you do the same while getting over her." Hope says trying to make since of what she's saying.

Josie nods."I guess, she does look like she's rubbing it in my face with how fast she's moved on." She says looking at Finch before she returns her gaze towards Hope.

"I don't know Hope-" Josie's cut off.

"If I may. I just happened to stumble across your conversation again and I have an idea that could help." Lizzie chimes in.

Both Hope and Josie rolls their eyes at the blonde. "What idea could that be." Josie replies to her twin.

"You can fake date Hope."

Hope brings her eyebrows together as she stares at the blonde while Josie purses her lips in thought.

"Think about it. It would make the dog jealous and it would keep mud boy away. It's a win win for both of you."

"That doesn't sound bad, I want to beat her at her own game but Hope has a crush on someone." Josie says the last part sweetly.

Hope blushes in embarrassment and Lizzie holds in a snicker at Josie's obliviousness.

"I told you Jo we aren't going to be getting together so I'll get over it." She replies and shrugs.

Josie gives her a concerned look while Lizzie scoffs. "Okay anyways, this will guarantee you'll have a good vacation if we keep the rift raft away from both of you. Jo you will enjoy it without worrying about your ex and making her realize what she's missing out on at the same time. Hope will be free from awkwardness with bird boy and get over her 'crush' at the same time." She uses her fingers as quotations.

Hope smacks her on the shoulder. Lizzie rubs it before looking at her twin. "When you put it that way it makes since." Josie shrugs."If Hope is okay with it I am."

Hope turns towards the brunette. "Yeah I'm on board with it." She says nervously.

Lizzie smile."Perfect. Now you guys have to pretend to be a real couple meaning you have to spend most of your time together, be seen with each other, small gestures of affection and play it off well. That also includes not cheating on each other meaning, Jo don't sleep with anyone." Lizzie says seriously.

Josie scoffs,"What? You make me sound like a slut." She says.

"I don't. I just know how high your sex drive is sis."

"I'm not a cheater, even in a fake relationship I wouldn't cheat." Josie replies.

"Then it's settled. I'll keep an eye on you two to help from time to time." She looks back at the movie hearing everyone clapping. "Well the movie's over." She says standing up along with the rest of the group.

Hope stands up quickly grabbing the blonde before she gets too far away. "Lizzie can I talk to you for a sec?" She says.

"Actually I was about to-"

"Now." Hope says pulling her away. She looks back at the brunette. "We'll meet you in the room." She says before dragging Lizzie off into the crowd.

Josie just watches them walk away before shrugging and standing up.
