~Emma's POV~
I go up to my room and start to get ready. I first pick out an outfit. A black coat, with black jeans, black boots, and a plaid scarf. I go to the bathroom and brush my teeth. After that, I went to my room and straightened my hair.
"Hey, are you ready?" Cameron asks as he knocks on the door. "Almost, you could come in I'm dressed." I say as I put my makeup on. He comes in and shuts the door.
"You don't need makeup, you're already beautiful without it." he tells me as he wraps his arms around my waist and puts his head on top of my shoulder. "Thank you Cameron, you're to sweet." I say and smile.
He kisses my cheek and I look and blush. "Are you ready now?" he asks. "I am....Done." I say and put my lip gloss down. "Okay, let's go." he says and grabs my hand. "Wait, let me grab my bag." I say and he knods.
I grab my bag and we walk downstairs. "So are all the boys going?" I ask.."yeah, they are." he answers. "It's going to be so much fun!" I say and smile. He smiles back and we head to the car.
He opens the car door for me and I chuckle. "Thank you Cam." I say and get in. "No problem." he says and gets in the car. We start driving to the ice scaring rink. "Hey, what's that place called?" I ask him.
"Mannys ice scaring rink." he tells me. I think to myself and lay back on the seat. Then rest of the car ride was silent. About 10 minute later, we get to the ice skating Rink.
I put on my gloves while Cameron gets out of the car. He comes to my side and opens the door for me. I look up at him and smile. "Thank you." I say and get up. He shuts the door behind me and we walk into the place.
Cameron pays for my entry and we tell the people our size in shoes. They give us the shoes and we put them on. Once I began walking, I felt like I was going to fall.
"Cameron, you go skate. I'll be there in a minute." I tell him. "k, I'll be with Matthew." he says. He kisses me on the cheek and begins to skate. I go up to one of the girls who work there and ask if they could get me the manager.
"hold on one second." she says. A few seconds later, a man comes out and says. "hi, I'm james, the manager, you wanted to speak to me?" he asks. "yeah, I saw your help wanted sign and wanted to see what job was open." I say.
"The job that is open is behind the cashier for the food court. " he tells me. "Well, how could I apply for the job?" I ask. "You could go online on this website." he says while writing it down on a card.
"What's your Name?" he asks. "It's Emma." I answer. "Well Emma, just go apply online and I will call you as soon as I can." he says while handing me the paper. I knod my head and we both walk away.
I start to walk to the ice rink as I feel a tap on my shoulder. I turn around and see Shawn standing there. "Hey Shawn." I say and hug him. "Hey Emma." he says and hugs me back.
"Are you here with Nash." he asks. "No, um...we broke up. I'm here with Cameron." I say and look down. "Are you okay?" he asks. "Yeah, I was the one who broke up with him." I tell him. "Are you ready to skate?" he asks and holds out his hand.
"Yes, I am ready." I answer while I smile and grab his hand. Once I get on the Rink, I felt like I was going to fall, so I held on to the railing. I saw Cameron heading my way.
"Hey beautiful." he says. "Hi handsome." I say as I try to hold the railing, trying not to fall. "Do you need help?" he asks and chuckles. "Yes, I do." I say as I almost fall. "Here, give me your hand." he says and I take my hand in his.
"Now let go if the railing." he tells me. "Cameron, I'm going to fall." I tell him. "No you won't, I got you." he assures me. I hesitate for a second, then let go of the railing. "I'm trusting you Cameron." I inform him and he smiles.
He goes behind me and grabs both of ny arms. "Okay, so you have to keep your balance." he tells me. I smile because I am in his arms and I feel safe. We begin to skate and he let's go of me. "Cameron, what the hell?" I ask as I grab on to the railing.
"You were doing good." he answers. He skates to where I am and grabs my hand. "you're adorable." he says and kisses my cheek. I smile and look at him. "Cameron, I wanna go home." I tell him."Why?" he asks.
"I can't stop thinking about my mom and I'm trying to hold in my tears but I can't." I explain. He gives me a big hug. "I can take a cab, I don't want you to leave because of me." I tell him. "I'm not going to leave you alone while you cry." he tells me.
"I want to be alone, please
Cameron." I beg. "fine but I'm not making you taken a cab, I'll be right back." he tells me. I see him talking to shawn, then a few minutes later they both come my way.
"Okay, Shawn will be driving you." he informs me. "Are you sure?" I ask Shawn. "Yeah, I don't mind." he answers I smile and say thank you. "I love you, I'll see you soon. Are you sure you don't want me to come?" he asks.
"I'm sure, thank you." I say and hug him. He gives me a kiss on the lips and he leaves. "So, you two are dating?" Shawn asks.
"He hasn't asked me out, so technically no." I answer. He shrugs and we bring our skates back and put our shoes on. We get in his car and drive home. We stay silent for the whole ride.
