chapter 17: the mother of webs

The next day.

This is the time that the group are going to kill this island's first guardian. They are a bit nervous about doing this but it's the only way to get the item to ascend. Right now they are making their way to the green obelisk with their best dinosaurs they have with. They also stacked up on ammunition, grenades, arrows, and flack armor. It was a pain to drag all of the dinosaurs with them to the obelisk but they managed to get to it.

They also brought the artifact with them to activate the obelisk arena. They went around the stone path all the way up to the green obelisk to the center of it. Once all of their dinos are their hln-a appears by them as they wait for her to tell them their ready.

HLN-A: alright you guys, I see you brought all your dinosaurs

Terroriser: except for are paracer and the flyers

HLN-A: ok

Vanoss: so what could we expect from this guardian

HLN-A: well let's see ummm, this creature is big and mean

Wildcat: seriously, that it

HLN-A: well yes but actually........yes

Vanoss: great

HLN-A: but you have just enough to take it down and you have a t-rex

Basically: that is true

Nogla: I hope we survive this

HLN-A: I hope so to

Delirious: will we need you for help

HLN-A: actually no, once your in the arena I'll be offline. So your on your own guys

Wildcat: oh boy

HLN-A: but just keep calm and you'll be fine

Vanoss: ya keep calm

HLN-A: so did yaw brought the artifacts

Terroriser: we did, me, wildcat, and nogla

HLN-A: great, now just stand by the terminal and it will take

Wildcat: ok

Terroriser, wildcat, and nogla went up to the obelisk terminal and as they did the terminal started to glow. Than the artifacts they had materialized and are transfer to the terminal. The screen open up to see that all three artifacts are inside the terminal and is ready to activate. Terroriser went up to the terminal and looks back at the guys.

Terroriser: ready friends

Vanoss: yes

Wildcat: yup

Delirious: indeed

Basically: let's get started

Nogla: let's go

Terroriser: huh ok, hear goes nothing

Terroriser than press the green button on the terminal as a beam of energy shoots up to the obelisk. A forcefield started to form around them as it reveals the area they are going.

HLN-A: alright friends, I'll see yaw back here

Vanoss: ok

HLN-A: good luck

The forcefield is halfway done as they all equip their guns and ready for the fight of their life. Once the forcefield covered everything around them a flash of lights surrounds them as they all only see nothing but white.

Than the light faded as they recover from the flash. They all look around to see that they are in the guardians arena. This place is underground with glowing fungi, metal pillars that look advance, the lights around are green, and some parts are covered in webs. They all moved and look around for any sign of the guardian.
