Life is filled with challenges.

It's never always an up; sooner or later your roller-coaster has to dip down in a frightening 90 degrees angle. But like a roller-coaster ride, life is only thrilling with these loop-the-loops and dramatic drops. Once you have conquered these obstacles, however, you may dust yourself up, wipe the grime off your face and take pride. You may beam all you want at yourself and no one will look on in distaste, because everyone knows you have earned this moment. You have braved the odds and stood vigil, firm and strong.

You conquered those challenges.

So don't lose hope when obstacles seem to bombard you at every turn. Take this chance to show the world that you are capable of dealing with all the hitches and drawbacks it has to offer. Remember that happiness is not achieved by choosing to ignore problems -which will just grow with each passing day- or to collapse and say 'I can't.' No, it is achieved by actually dealing with these problems, thus getting rid of them entirely.

Remind yourself that stars can't shine without darkness.

So shine bright, little star.

You are what people wish upon. Thwart the legions of darkness with your light.

Shine bright.
