Chapter 14: A Much Needed Vacation pt. 1

Vacations at school had started, so Tae stayed home most of the times. Most of the times, at Luna's house.
Hahahaha, sure.
He had signed up for Thomas Cook's holiday season competition a few years back, but unfortunately he never won. This year though, life had fated something else. In the competition, the winner and plus one would get a three days, two nights stay at a destination of their choice, visa, and breakfast/dinner included. And yeah, he won. And ofc, with his relationship newly ensued, he chose to go with Luna. They were at the Thomas Cook office choosing their destination, of course arguing about the place that they wished to go to.

"I think we should go to the US." "But I don't want to go there, I've already been there." Tae complained. "Can I suggest a nice place, sir and ma'am?" "Please do." Luna exasperated, said. "I think you both should go to Hawaii. The weather is amazing, the beaches are super clean so you guys can go swimming whenever you want, with the beach being extremely close to your hotel or bungalow. And our people in Hawaii are also super friendly, they have some system called, their guests are like God to them, so I know for sure that they're going to take very good care of you." Tae and Luna smiled at each other, and said yes to Hawaii.

"Wow feels like a premature honeymoon hehe" Luna whispered, giving Tae an idea. "Yeah baby." Luna looked into Tae's eyes, she had waited so long for him to say that. Those words meant a lot for her. And she was his baby, his love, his life. And she didn't want it otherwise. Luna smiled warmly, hugging his arm, and for the first time in a long time, he was sure about his plan.

On the other side, Jimin was practicing his choreography for his new song, Filter. There were many complex and difficult steps in the choreography, so he really had to do his best in mastering them. He was alone in the studio, practicing, or so he thought. Someone was looking, staring at him, at the way he moved his body, at his chest, his waist, his... Okay stop. "Argh, why is this step so difficult." Jimin tried again, and tripped, and fell forward. Yoongi came shooting to help him, and helped him sit, blowing air on his leg. "Where did you come from? Are you even allowed in this building?!" Jimin smirked through the pain and asked him. "Yeah I'm allowed everywhere. I started from here, did you forget you genius?" Yoongi smiled and his heart skipped a beat looking at him. "Oh, yeah..." Jimin felt a lil embarrassed by that. "You have a sprain. Wait here, I'll bring the bandages." Jimin nodded, missing Seulgi, who could fix his sprain with a quick motion. He had done her wrong, and he will never forgive himself for it.

Yoongi came back, and wrapped Jimin's leg in the bandage, and smiled at him. "Well, will you tell me now why you were staring at me through the door like a creep?" Yoongi chuckled, "touchy much?" Jimin pat his back and told him to tell him. "I came here to meet you, with my song, asked about you and found out that you were practicing in this studio, and when I came here you were dancing, and I didn't want to disturb you, that is until you fell. I couldn't see you hurt, so." "Thank you." "For what?" "Idk, I guess for being here at the right time?" Yoongi smiled, and patted his thigh. "Shall we listen to some music then?" Jimin nodded.
Yoongi placed the CD in the record player and they waited for it to play. Jimin was nervous, and Yoongi inching closer to him wasn't really helping. Jimin was red like a tomato when the song started, and Yoongi noticed. He didn't want to make him uncomfortable, so he gave him some space, and Jimin noticed this. He didn't actually pay attention to the song at all, he inched closer to Yoongi, making Yoongi smile. He looked to the ground, smiled, and held his pinky finger. Jimin blushed profusely, and hooked his pinky finger with his.

Luna rested her head on Tae's shoulder on the ride to the airport and fell asleep on him, and Tae was going crazy. He had this upsurge of feelings ever since he asked her to be his, and lately, everytime she would touch him, he'd get this jolt of electricity running through his body. Thankfully, the airport came before anything could happen, and Tae woke Luna up. They both took their luggage and walked to the plane, passing through check in, security and boarding call.

"Jagi, can I take some Lindt chocolate for us before we board? You want some?" Tae shook his head and let her hand go, Luna smiled and went to the Lindt store. Tae stared at her, and it was so obvious that he was in love with her. Muh uthao bhaiyaji. His subtle smile as she walked, his red cheeks, his glossy eyes, and the warm feeling in his heart; he had fallen hard.

Tae sat in the waiting area, as Luna went on a shopping spree. Tae smiled as he remembered how scared she was for him, when he got into that accident.
She came everyday to help him work out after University, and so did Jimin. She helped him get up, walk, at times when she was ill with a cold she'll make sure Jimin does the exercises with him. She never used to force Jimin to help a lot, giving him enough time to grow into the Kpop star that he is rn.

Tae picked up his phone and called Jimin to tell him about his trip to Hawaii, and to ask for forgiveness for his outburst. Here, Jimin was busy playing with Yoongi. His phone rang and Jimin didn't respond cz he was practice singing his song with him. Tae got kind of sad at this and cut the phone, and till then Luna came. "Baby did you wait well?" Tae just hummed. Luna stroked his thigh and asked what's wrong. "Jimin isn't picking up my call, he's really mad at me ain't he?" Luna smiled and rested her head on his shoulder. "You both will be fine, don't worry. He might be busy baby." Tae's body rang with electricity, and he started breathing heavy, which was normal for him at this point.

Luna was resting her head on his shoulder, but her mind was awake. 'Why didn't Jimin pick up Tae's call...? Is it because of me?' Luna was lost in the thought of worry for Jimin, and just sighed. Tae started humming Sweet Night to Luna, making Luna purr and snuggle into him. But her sweet dreams were short lived as the board call started. Luna, grumpy got up with Tae, who knew she was in the mood for cuddles. "Don't worry baby, in the plane, you'll get all the cuddles you want."

On the other side, Jimin and Yoongi went to a gay bar, where a Karoake was conviently placed. When it was Jimin's turn, conviently enough, Idfc by  Blackbear came, and he sang it, and he remembered all the intimate moments he spent with Luna.

He was a emotional mess after the song, which Yoongi noticed. "Hey, you okay?" "I wanna go home, now." "Okay." Yoongi said bye to his friends and left with Jimin to his place. Jimin acted distant during the car ride, and when they reached, Jimin invited Yoongi in. "You sure?" He just nodded. Yoongi smiled, and told him he'll be in a minute; he has to park the car. Jimin nodded once again, and left the car.
