The mystery man was tall, about the same height if not slightly taller than Steve but it could have been the angle he was standing at. He had on a plain black baseball hat but underneath the hat concealed a dark chestnut head of thick hair that was a little long and came to just below his ear. He had a slightly scruffy face and soft pink lips that suited him perfectly. The man could easily grow a full beard within a few days if he wanted too.

His shoulders were broad, and arms were quite large from what you could see under his few layers of tops he wore. He had on black jeans that fit him perfectly and black hiking shows that were slightly worn. He seemed quite shy at first and kept staring at the ground shuffling his feet, so Steve motioned him to come over.

"Livy, this is Bucky, Bucky, this is Livy. She'll be your floormate across the hall from you."

You just stared at Steve with amazement.

"Bucky?" you stood there with wide eyes to Steve then looking over at the man standing next to his bed.

Steve smiled and nodded, almost giddy with excitement.

You turned to Bucky, and he was now looking at you directly in your eyes a little worried. You noticed his eyes were the most beautiful piercing blue colour you had ever seen, and you must admit, looking into them made you blush slightly. Those things could be used as weapons as you smiled internally at the thought.

"Good to finally meet you Bucky, as Steve said I am Livy – Agent Olivia Turner to be exact - but everyone here calls me Livy" you said as you held out your hand to him.

He paused for a brief second before taking your hand giving it a quick, yet firm shake not saying anything.

"Steve has told me stories about you over the past year that I have been here" you gave him a warm smile.

He seemed to look at Steve with concern and a bit of dread, but all Steve did was nod his head and smile proudly.

"Don't worry Bucky" you said smiling, "Stories of you and him in Brooklyn back before the war and how wonderful a friend you were to him" you reassured him, giving him a warm smile.

He gave a half smile and glanced at his feet.

Of course, you know who he is and his past as his time as the Winter Soldier. Sam filled you in on a few stories about him over the past year and you always had wanted to meet him. Not to gawk at him in awe but to really see for yourself. To see if the Winter Soldier was in fact real and not just a ghost or myth people whispered about.

Sam mentioned Steve took Bucky to Wakanda a few years back but never elaborated on it.

You knew he had gone to Wakanda for help, and you were thankful they were able to assist him. You couldn't imagine all the horrible thing's HYDRA had done to him let alone the things he had to do for them under their control. No one should ever have to go through that. The poor man had been through so much. He literally lost everything. He looked tired yet scared. He seemed apprehensive and slightly nervous but understandable considering he was on the road to re-discovering himself again.

Obviously, the mission Sam and Steve went on was to get Bucky from Wakanda and bring him here. You kind of put that together and you understood the secrecy as well. Not everyone would be fine with an ex-assassin living amongst them in their city.

"We have a few things to do to get his room all set up"

Steve looked concerned.

"If you need anything Steve for the time being, let me know as I probably have it somewhere in here or if I don't have it, I can find it for you" you told him.
