You thought this would be a great idea to relax outside and get some fresh air while sitting around a fire. Tony never liked sitting by a fire. He always thought that was either too boring or seemed too primitive.

Clint was usually the only one to join you if you had a fire, sometimes Sam and Steve would too but it all was dependent on what was on TV. Nat would sometimes join you as well, but she got bored of sitting around a fire staring at it and often left early.

You ran up to your room and changed into a black and red checkered flannel long sleeved shirt, black leggings, your UGG boots, grabbed a portable speaker, and headed back outside to set that up.

You even went back into the kitchen and took a bag of marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate you found in the pantry while making dinner. You wondered if Bucky ever had a Smore before? While he was about to. You managed to get the fire going after a few minutes of trying and was staring down at your masterpiece with pride.

You decided to text Bucky to see if he would want to join you. You took a photo of the fire and hit send.

Then the words "having a fire if you want to join me".

You prayed he knew how to view a photo and didn't think you were trying to burn the place down but remembered he got the hang of the phone pretty quickly as he would sometimes send you text messages with a few smiley and winkey face emojis.

The idea of The Winter Soldier using emojis in his text messages made you giggle. You saw that the message was read but there was no reply.

About 30 minutes later, you could hear footsteps behind you then he came into view. He was wearing a black hoodie, and grey sweatpants, your favourite combination on him. You never knew why, but this man could work a pair of sweatpants like nobody's business. His hair was slightly damp, so he must have had a shower which would explain the read message and no reply.

He sat down on the bench next to you and smiled.

"Hey, I was beginning to think you weren't going to come" you said while looking at him intently.

"I just got into the shower when I got your message, I didn't want to get the phone wet" he took in the set up around him.

"I figured tonight is a perfect night for a fire. There isn't any wind, and the air is cooler, so it makes it nice to sit by the warmth." you grabbed your plaid blanket and held it.

"Here, this will make things cozy"

You put the plaid blanket over his knees sharing it with you.

 "Thanks"

Quite a few minutes pass as you sat in silence watching the fire. You got up once to add another log on, and he shifted himself a little closer to you as you sat back down.

"Oh, I have S'mores ready to go anytime if you want a snack" you wiggled your eyebrows at him.

He just laughed.

"Have you ever had one?" You asked while reaching for the package of marshmallows.

"I can't say that I have, or at least recall" he watched you.

"Ok, grab a stick on the other side of the bench and I'll show you how to make one, you're going to love it" you reached into the bag.

"Get the stick and make sure it's clean, or clean enough to put a marshmallow on. Then once you have the marshmallow on, hold it over the fire and spin the stick around making sure not to keep it too long in the same place so it doesn't burn. You slowly want to use the heat and roast the marshmallow, making it turn a golden brown instead of burnt. Some people like a burnt marshmallow but I don't because it tastes bitter to me. If you take the time and do it properly, your marshmallow will turn a nice golden-brown colour"
