CHAPTER 5

Damian's POV

"Hoy! Ano bang problema mo?!"Josh asked me. Well, he just came back here yesterday. And I'm here at his house, well let's just say we're here at his mini bar.

"Nothing, I just want to refresh my mind"I replied on him. He sighed before he smacked my head.

"If it's because of your love life, alcohol is not the answer for your problems"he said before he grabbed the whiskey that was on my hand and took it away from me.

"Tch! Give it back to me"I said on him.

"No! The last time you get drunk is because of your damn love life!"he replied before he leaned on the counter. I didn't replied on him because he's stating the fact.

"I'm right, am I? You won't drink an alcohol if it's not because of your love life"he said. I heard him sighed.

"Now, tell me what's the problem?"he asked.

"I'm confused"I replied on him.

"About what?"he asked.

"About my feelings"sagot ko bago ako nagpangalumbaba.

"And what about your feelings? What makes you confused about your feelings?"he asked.

"Me and Donna talked yesterday and....I mentioned that I'm inlove with someone and it's not Carson. And...she get mad. I'm so confused because I can't understand my feelings"I said.

"You mean that you were inlove with someone else and it's not Carson. Don't tell me, you already confessed on him before?"he said.

"Yeah, I already.... confessed on him. I didn't saw him for almost five months, Josh. For almost five months, my feelings for him fade away. And I just saw myself falling for Elvie. But....when I saw Carson yesterday, I don't know what would I feel. I felt mad, jealous and longing for him. That's why I'm confused on my feelings"I explained on him. I looked at him and I saw his eyes darkened.

"So you're telling me that, you confessed on him without thinking twice? Are you out of your mind? Umamin ka dun sa tao ng hindi ka pa sigurado sa nararamdaman mo. Tapos ngayon? Sasabihin mo sa akin na nahulog ka na sa iba dahil sa loob ng limang buwan, bigla nalang nawala yung pagmamahal mo para sa kaniya. Tangna, Damian! Malamang sa malamang ay magagalit talaga sa'yo si Donna"he said calmly but there's a hint of anger on his voice.

"You will surely get confused!"he said before he took a deep breath.

"You have to think about it, Damian. Kailangan mong pag-isipan at alamin ang totoong nararamdaman mo para sa dalawa. Dahil sa huli, ikaw din lang ang masasaktan kaya habang maaga pa, pag-isipan mo na at alamin mo na ang totoong nararamdaman mo, Damian. Sana ay wag kang magaya kay Kuya"he said before he leaves.

'Kailangan kong pag-isipan at alamin ang totoong nararamdaman ko ngunit....paano? Paano ko iyon gagawin?'

Tumayo na lamang ako at lumabas ng mini bar ni Josh. Pagkalabas ko ay nagulat ako ng makita ko si Carson na nakatayo habang umiinom ng tubig sa may kusina.

'Anong ginagawa niya rito? At bakit siya nandito?'

"Damian? What are you doing here?" he asked me. I noticed that he's just wearing an oversight white polo and a boxer. I suddenly gulped on what I saw.

'Damn! Why am I like this?'

Hindi ko namalayan na nakalapit na ako sa kaniya.

"Damian? I'm asking you. What are you doing here?"he asked again. He's looking up on me while I'm looking down on him. His dark-orb that was staring at me. His pointed nose that fit on him and his soft plump red lips that was a heart shape.

"Damian! Are you listening on me? I will asked you again, what are you doing here?"he said again. I put my hands the counter while he's between on it. He leaned back because I leaned forward on him.

"Ako dapat ang nagtatanong niyan sa'yo, Carson. What are you doing here, hmm?"I asked him.

"I lived here since I came back here" he replied. I leaned forward that made him leaned backward again.

"Are you sure? Or.... you're in a relationship with my cousin?"I asked him. Suddenly I lift him and put him on the counter. His eyes widened on my actions. We're on the same height now. I grabbed his arm and put it around my neck while I put my arms around his waist.

"Tell me the truth, Carson! Are you in a relationship with my cousin?"I asked him.

"What makes you think that I'm in a relationship with him?"he asked back.

"It's just a yes or no, Carson!"I said on him. I stared at his eyes.

"No! And also...why are you like that?"he asked me. He was about to take off his arm around my neck but I stopped him.

"Why don't you asked your self?"I said on him.

"I don't understand you at all, Damian! Why are you like that? Bakit ganyan ka kung umasta?"nagtataka niyang tanong.

'Why am I really like this? Why I feel mad when I saw him here? Is it because he's staying with my cousin?'

"I will call Donna to tech you here"he said before he tried to pushed me but I pressed my lips on him. As usual, his lips is so soft and sweet. I started to move my lips on his.

'Why? Why you're not responding?'

I pulled from the kiss and I saw his eyes. My eyes widened when I saw him crying.

"C-carson"I said on him. He wiped his tears and looked at me.

"Wag mo ng ipilit pa, Damian. Alam kong hindi ako ang mahal mo. Alam kong ginawa mo lang yun para malaman mo ang tunay mong nararamdaman. Damian naman eh, alam kong may iba ka ng mahal dahil ramdam ko yun. Kitang-kita ko din yun sa mga mata mo. Kaya please lang, Damian! Wag mo na akong paasahin pa. Kasi sa loob ng limang buwan, umasa ako na may babalikan pa ako kapag bumalik na ako dito pero...huli na pala ako. Wag kang mag-alala, Damian. Hindi na ako aasa pa"umiiyak niyang sabi bago niya ako buong lakas na tinulak at tumakbo siya pataas sa kaniyang kwarto.

"What a wrong move you've done, Damian"a girl said. I looked around just to see my sister leaning on the wall while she's playing her keys.

"Now you know what I mean yesterday"she said before she stand straight and looked at me.

"You've messed up, Damian. You wanna know who's that girl that she's with yesterday? Julie Hernandez is one of he's friend from America. She's half filipino-half american and also a lesbian. All I can say is, I hate you for hurting someone"she said.

"Why? Why he didn't respond?"I asked her. She chuckled.

"Why? Because he knows that you're already inlove with someone else. And he knows too that you're just doing that because you're confused on your feelings. Damian, Carson is not stupid like you. Kung kailangan niyang lumayo, lalayo siya. Kung kailangan ka niyang kalimutan kakalimutan ka niya dahil alam niyang wala na siyang pag-asa pa para sa'yo dahil nga may mahal ka ng iba, hindi ba?"she explained before she sighed.

"Let's go now! I hahatid kita kay Dhruv. Babalaan kita, Damian. Once I see him crying again just because of you, I'll make you pay"she said before she left.

'Did I really messed up?'
