[WONDERING IF I HATE YOU]

Stefan was trying HARD to be in control. He waited for Zaria and the only thing standing in between him and ripping this party to shreds..... was her. He thought about her snarky remarks and comments.

"Zaria Bennett escorted by Ty-oh oh okay Stefan Salvatore!" Carol announced. Stefan zoned out until he heard gasp. He looked up to the top of the stairs. There she was Zaria Bennett.

Her hair was straightened and curled at the ends. Her dress was rather bold for such a formal event. She walked down her eyes locked on Stefan's. His green eyes clashed perfectly with her brown ones.

She touched his hand as he led her down the stairs. Damon and Elena stood in shock as the teenager they knew who always wore baggy clothes was now dressed better then 90% of the girls in here.

Only thing that didn't change was the fuck you expression on her face. The dance began. Once around. Twice around.pause. Switch back around.

Soon the dance was over and Stefan excused himself. She gave him a smile and left to grab a drink. 2 hours had passed. Stefan nor Elena nor Damon was seen. "Zaria Bennett and Caroline Forbes!" Carol announced.

Zaria reluctantly got her crown and let Coraline do the speech. She had a large smile on her face. She immediately froze as the graphic scene in front of her was revealed.

Stefan. His veins. Zaria blinked a couple of times hoping her legs would move. Bonnie was the first to notice her sister "Z it's not what it looks like S-Stefan went off by acciden-" she was cut off. "You knew?" Zaria said slowly.

It was quiet. "You knew!" Zaria screamed. Bonnie flinched "y-yes. Zaria we are witches". Zaria froze "what did you just say" she asked. "Z all those strange things you could do".

"You made me think I was crazy! And that was normal! I took meds because of you....I-I oh my god I did fucking drugs!" Zaria said. Stefan now noticed Zaria. She ran. She ran as fast as her legs would take her.

He's a vampire. He kills people. For fun. He drinks their blood. She repeated in her head. She was so confused and shocked by it. She sat down on the porch of her home.

The cold air was rather violent on her skin. It began to rain hard lighting as well. "I'm doing this" she muttered to herself. She cried on the porch getting drenched in the freezing cold rain.

'I'm a freak' she thought to herself. She was so angry. Angry with herself with Bonnie with Stefan with grams. Lies. Lies. Lies. All anyone do is lie. She heard a flash in front of her.

There stood a guilt ridden Stefan. "Are you angry?" He asked. "N-no" she shook her head before paused. "I'm fucking furious!" She shoved him back. "I hate you Stefan Salvatore" she screamed. Rain was now harshly coming down.

"I was starting to love a murder and I hate myself for it! I hate that you lied to me! I hate that I- I won this alone and all I wanted to see was you smiling at me from the crowd".

"YOU STEFAN! NOT BONNIE NOT MY MOM NOT MY DAD,YOU!" She pushed him back once more. "You know I was wondering if I hated you at first" she lowly spoke. "But now I know I do" and then she disappeared into the home.

Stefan felt his heart shatter. 'I hate you Stefan Salvatore' repeated in his mind. 'I love her and she hates me' he thought as he stood there frozen. He listened in on the house. He could hear her softly crying upstairs.

He heard a chime was she deleting pictures of them together. He called her phone. 'It's Z don't bother leaving a message at the beep' then it beeped. "Zaria I'm so sorry I lied. Please whenever you decide to forgive me come find me" he spoke.

He stood outside for a few minutes before speeding to his own house.
