- oh sweet heart-

6 months. 6 months in a coma and the only thing that kept Stefan sane was the fact she was still alive and his baby. Oh his beautiful baby he couldn't wait to meet them.

Stefan cried in the shower everyday. He broke down, he felt so weak without her. He existed the shower to see the bed empty. "Zaria?" He looked around frantically. He then spotted her in the corner checking out her stomach.

"I'm pregnant?" She gasped. He nodded "you've been in a coma for 6 months my love" he told her. She frowned and went over to touch his face. "Why were you crying?".

She always knew what was wrong with him and he loved her for it. He told her everything since the night she went into a coma. She was sad her dad died but then again he tried to turn her.

"I still can't believe I'm pregnant I thought it was food poisoning." She said. He touched her hand "Zaria I love you and I never want you to leave me again" she wrapped her arms around his torso.

"I won't as long as I have a say my love" she softly grinned. He leaned down and kissed her lips. She kissed back "z" he mumbled. "Yes?" She asked. "Let's get our own house." He said.

She looked him in the eyes "our own house?" She asked. He nodded "okay I would love too" she said. He gave her a toothy grin "go get dressed let's go out" he said. "Okay" she replied and went off to get dressed.

She soon came out with a red sweater dress and white sandals in hand. "Baby can you help me" she whined. He chuckled and nodded. He helped her put the sandals on.

Stefan slipped on his red sweater and grabbed his phone. He texted Bonnie and Caroline to meet the two of them at a restaurant a little pass whitmore college.

- time skip-

The group sat down in silence "z your pregnant im so happy, me too" Caroline pointed down at her stomach. Zaria squealed "I hope our babies become friends". Caroline agreed "so bonnie tell me all about this Enzo, stef wouldn't give me the juicy details" she wiggled her brows.

Stefan raised his hands in surrender. "Sorry babe I couldn't" he told her. She laughed and touched his hand. Rubbing small circles on it under the table. The group caught up and then it was time to go home.

Stefan and Zaria laid in bed together. "Stefan. What do you want to name it?" She asked. "Hmmm if it's a boy I want to name him  Ezra. If it's a girl I want to name her....Marielle" he said.

"Marielle why that name?" She asked. "I don't know I just thought of it" he shrugged. "If it's a boy I would like Kylo. However I do like Marielle for a girl." She said.

He softly grinned and looked down at her stomach "Marielle Salvatore" he mumbled. She laid her head back on his chest,"I love you. Like I really truly love you" She whispered.

"I love you too. I really truly love you" he said back. The couple then fell asleep with no care in the world. But things are never too happy in mystic falls.
