"No Junhui."

"But, but, but"

"No buts. Put him down." Wonwoo sternly said to Junhui. With a pout, Jun carefully put down the cat he was holding for the last thirty minutes. The cat meowed which made the two almost swoon in delight.

"Can't we keep him Woo? Can't you see his beautiful eyes asking us to adopt him and be a part of our family?" Wonwoo just sighed and pushed his glasses back up his nose.

"As much as I wanted to, he already has a family Junhui. His owner is literally sitting in the table beside us." Junhui looked at the other table and gave them an awkward smile. The cat's owner just nodded his head and carried the cat away. Jun just waved his hand and plopped his head on the table. Wonwoo tapped his shoulder which made Jun look at him.

"You know I also wanted to have a cat right?" Jun just nodded.

"And you also know that we are both busy right?" Jun just nodded again but with a sigh after.

"So we really can't have a cat or any pet at all this time since we cannot look after them properly."

"I know that but the extra company might be nice." Jun took a sip from his lemon soda and stared at Wonwoo.

"You need extra company?" Wonwoo aksed while raising one of his eyebrows. This made Jun giggle.

"Not me silly. You need it. I know you always miss me since I work at night. I did saw you wear my shirt more than often."

Wonwoo worked as a professor in a university while Junhui worked as a night baker. So let's say they have limited time to enjoy each other's presence but still manages to have dates like this one. And have a healthy relationship.

"Excuse me? I never have worn any of your clothes." Jun just raised one of his eyebrows and fished out his phone. He scrolled for a few minutes and showed Wonwoo a picture of him sleeping while wearing one of Junhui's t-shirts. He was also clutching the pillow Jun always slept with. You can determine it by the cat designs.

"When did you take that picture?" Wonwoo tried to grab his phone but Jun pocketed it instantly.

"When you were sleeping." Wonwoo just stared at him and huffed. He took a sip from his coffee. He then felt Jun hold his other hand.

"Look Woo, I just don't like it leaving you alone asleep while I go to work." Jun played with his fingers. This simple gesture made Wonwoo's heart flutter. He sighed.

"And I don't like it when I leave early in the morning leaving you alone in the house." Jun then smiled brightly.

"So we're getting a cat then?" Wonwoo smiled and nodded. His eyes went wide when Jun gave him a kiss on the cheek. He still won't get used to different affectionate gestures of his partner. And never will get enough of it either.

"We're getting a cat but I get to name them."
