A few days after the wedding i set up an ultrasound appointment for James and i to see the baby. To make sure the baby was healthy.

James woke me up two and a half hours before the appointment and i wasn't very happy about it. I had been getting sick constantly since the wedding and all I wanted to do was sleep.

But he was so excited to see the baby. "Doll, come on it's time to get up. I'm gonna make you some breakfast and we can shower before we have to go."

He kissed my forehead and brushed the hair out of my face. I rolled over away from him and his under the covers. I was too tired for this.

I groaned and he chuckles and pulled the covers down. "Come on Liza, you have to eat before you go. You gotta feed our little munchkin."

I could tell he had a smile on his face and I rolled back over to face him and opened one eye to look at him. "I'm tired." I mumbled.

"You can sleep however long you want when you get home." He wiped the sleepies off my face as I continued to lay there and mean mug him for waking me up.

"You are so mean." He laughed and kissed my cheek. "Don't wake me up and I won't be mean." I say and roll over again. "You have to eat honey. You can go back to sleep after and we'll just shower later."

"Fine. What did you make?" I asked coldly and he pulls the covers off me again. I finally sit up and look at him with a pout on my face.

"I made you eggs and toast. And some decaf coffee." He says with a loving smile on his face. I melt at the way he looks at me. My pregnancy hormones have been making me irritable and I hate that I get mad at him sometimes because he loves me so much.

"I love you." I whimper, my bottom lip poking out and quivering. He chuckles and pulls me into his lap and holds me against his chest kissing the top of my head. "Aw baby. I love you too."

"I'm sorry I'm so mean." I mumble into his chest. "It's not your fault, I know you don't mean to. It doesn't hurt my feelings, I know it's just the hormones from the pregnancy."

"It's not okay. You're so sweet all the time and all I do is yell or complain. I don't want to be mean to you for the next 6 or 7 months. But i can't control my mood swings." I cry into his chest.

"Honey, it is okay. I know you can't control it and I know you try. I know you love me and it's just the pregnancy. Please stop crying babygirl."

"I can't." I'm sobbing now and clinging into him. "Will coffee make you feel better? And some toast? Or we could go get you some donuts. Do you want donut?"

I look up at him with my big sad green eyes and I can tell by the look in his eyes he melts. "Mhm." I nodded and my bottom lip was still quivering.

"Okay, come on. Do you still want your eggs and toast?" He asks as he lifts me up out of bed with him. He carry's me to our closet and slips one of his dress shirts over my head. "Yes please."

I finish getting dressed, I put tights on with the dress shirt so it's like a dress and my thigh high boots. He picks me back up and carry's me down to the kitchen. "Bub?" I ask him as we get into the kitchen.

He sets me down on the counter and puts eggs and toast on a plate for me and hands me a coffee. He stands between my legs and I look up at him. "Yes my love?" He smiles warmly down at me.

"Thank you." I look up at him shyly and he smiles and grabs my face in his hands, bringing my lips to his softly and gives me a kiss.

"Eat so we can go get your donuts and go see our baby." He says and kisses my cheek. I happily eat the breakfast he made for me and drink my coffee with a smile on my my face.

When we're both done eating we go to the nearest donut shop and get a dozen chocolate frosted donuts because knowing me and my pregnancy cravings I could eat them all by the end of the day. I love donuts and apparently so did the baby.

We pulled up to the doctors office and James shut the car off and looked over at me with a smile on his face. "You're excited aren't you?" I laugh and climb into his lap so I straddle him.

"I am." He kisses me softly and continues to place soft kisses down my neck and jawline. "You're going to be a great dad James." I run my fingers through his hair as he removes his lips from my neck and looks at me once again.

"Are you ready to go see our baby?" He asks with the brightest eyes and the brightest smile. I could tell he was so excited and that made me even more excited.

"I love you so much. Now let's go see our baby."
