The Story

"I- She is" He sighed before continuing, "Shi is the last blood of the clan. I thought they wouldn't go after her you know. She won't be able to carry the name of the family in the first place but I was wrong. I must've underestimated them too much" He bitterly laughed to himself looking down on the hospital floor.

"Can you at least help us know what really happened? Even Shi herself doesn't know what happened in her past. She thought that her parents where killed by Jason?" Nanami spoke as Itsukki invited them to sit with him.

"November 1 it was the day Shi was born and other clans thought of being able to burn the place where Fumiko, my wife, will be giving birth. The moment Shi was born the building started to burn. They thought their plan was unstoppable but they forgot my wife was a ghoul. After she healed herself from birth she gave the baby to me and in her words she said

"Bring her to Anteiku but please don't associate yourself with ghouls just drop her there but watch her from a distance. I don't know if I will be able to comeback for you two so please be safe"

It was her last wish so I watched Shi grow from a far. I watched her succeed, fail, kill but I hated the fact that I get to watch her in the verge of death and I couldn't even do anything. After she joined Aogiri I haven't been able to watch her and decided to apply as a doctor here just in case she comes here looking for help. And that time finally came" He said smiling towards the sleeping teenager.

The two teachers looked at each other wanting more answers so Gojo took the chance to ask the questions he has always wanted to ask.

"... Who is trying to kill Shi?" Silence filled the room after the question but Itsukki looked back at him and smiled.

"My other student before. The one you know fully well Satoru" Gojo was flabbergasted and thought of all the possible reasons why he was doing that to a child.

"You must be wondering why. He made a pact, unwillingly, with the higher ups. Its either he kills my daughter or my daughter kills him. If my daughter kills him she will be able to live her life but if its the other way around Geto will begin a new journey as one of the higher ups and the Kamitani clan finally ends" He bitterly explained as he remembers the moment he saw his beloved students go against him. he hated him but then again anyone would pick their own life over someone else.

Right?

"Why would you hide? You know Shi needs that support right?" Nanami said.

"Shi needs someone, I know but once I reveal myself to the higher ups they would kill me straight away knowing that I'm still alive. Besides I think she is with better people now. If she was with me I would never let her know about our Jujutsu" He said smiling thankfully towards the two teachers.

"Actually she is lucky that Gojo didn't sign as her guardian" Nanami spoke seriously as Gojo nly looked at him disbelief written of his face.

"The audacity of you to say that in front of her biological parent" He said while Nanami only rolled his eyes at him makin Itsukki laugh at their interaction.

"I see non of you changed as much-" He said but immediately got cut off by a knock on the door as it opened seeing the first years awkwardly looking at them.

"Your students?" Itsukki asked sweetly as Gojo hummed happily in response.

"Aren't you Itsukki Kamitani?" Fushiguro asked looking intently towards the old man.

"I am, please be quiet about it. Call me Takashi in public" He said sweetly

"Okay. I'm Fushiguro Megumi by the way"

"Kugisaki Nobara"

"Im Itadori Yuuji" They said as they closed the door behind them.

"How did a special grade curse go inside you itadori?" He said seeing his heart wrapped in cursed energy.

"He ate a finger. How did you know about it being inside him?" Fushiguro asked

"Ate a finger?? W-well I have predatory eyes. Basically I can see your week spots, hear your blood rushing through out your body, and I can see your internal organs but not clearly" He explained gently.

Itsukki is a really gentle person one of the stuff that the higher ups hate him for. They couldn't make him kill people because of his gentle persona. He was an amazing person the three first years could feel it. Assuming that he was just the doctor they asked him if they could heck on their friend Shi which he happily agreed to.

"Kids he is actually Shi's father" Nanami said as the Fushiguro turn pale while the two other stifled a laugh. Nobara walked beside Itsukki and started whispering.

"Excuse me but Fushiguro right there actually likes your daughter" She said trying to stop her laugh. Itsukki only looked at the young male looking pale as ever looking down on his daughter. He could only giggle.

"I guess my daughter is in good hands huh?" He spoke not aware that Fushiguro was listening. He burst into a blushing mess.

'I'm not even sure if I actually like her but I'm acting like this' He thought trying to hide his shy face.

The day went by comforting themselves that Shi is fine and is expected to wake up by the next day. As the five are about to leave. Gojo left himself to ask one last quesion.

"Sensei... Would you tell Shi about you?"

"I don't know Satoru but I will sure to tell her soon"

Im sorry it took so long! Im currently getting really busy as time passes and even had to fight the urge to leave wattpad permanently but everyone knows I can't do that I won't manage to do that T-T. Anyways thank you for being patient with me i'll try updating more <33
