What is a home?
A home is a place where you feel safe. Where you are warm. Protected.
I don't think I ever had a home.
I learned how to be safe, learned how to keep warm, and learned how to protect myself. I was never given the opportunity to have a happy family.
Dauntless was my chance at that. And it was ripped away from me. Erudite ruined everything, like they always did. Just so they could have what they wanted.
I was no longer surprised when bad things happened to me or around me. It had became normal, apart of a schedule.
I had lost a lot of people, I'm sure I lost myself along the way. Erudite had managed to break us, they had managed to break everyone.
