You know we had love that should not be
Something slowly died in me
With all the boundaries that were set
But not for us to overcome
The last kiss of yours happened under tears
A signal to run without leaving traces behind
Never look back you said and told yourself
To never love me again as if you believed your lie
But we both know all we craved were each other's lips
Started with a gently placed kiss on porcelain
And ended with one breaking it in pieces
That can only be put together by our love
Skies never turned bright for us
But still we hoped for sun to bloom the petals of our love
Storms got heavier after a dream of silence
It was all limited when we found it infinite
We've never been sober on love and never will
Wait for time to be right for us
Even though it seems like we will never be meant to be
Maybe we were meant to bleed by wanting each other
I'll close my eyes imagining the end of what we started
And will never continue to become a fairy-tale
All we had blurred away into a sad nothing
After we had what had the potential to last forever
