Adi lay on his bed while not being able to sleep.

How could he sleep when all that happened today was playing in his mind?

How could he sleep with all these emotions that he had tried to hide for years came rushing back?

He had tried, tried, for years to squash those emotions down but who was he kidding? It was always there, he just didn't want to acknowledge it.

For years his heart had yearned to be with her, to leave everything and just go to Punjab and hug her tightly and never let go but he had always held back as he thought that she would be happy and safe without him in her life.

How wrong was he?

He was a fool to think that she would ever be happy and safe without him! Especially because of that snake in a woman's skin named Jasmine Sandhu, God he couldn't even describe how much he hated her.

When he saw her in front of him today, it was an eye-opener, no matter how much he tries to stay strong and push her away, the moment she came in front of him that façade broke because he could push her away when she was away from him but not when she was in front of him looking at him like she had found the cure for cancer!

And then he had to find out that she was the girl whom Angad brought with him from Punjab.

And then she had told him what happened and filled in the gaps of what Angad didn't know.

Suffice to say, Aditya Khanna was pissed. He was pissed at every single person who had a hand in making his Sweetheart suffer.

She had married a fraud for her family's dream of going to Canada. He wouldn't really do anything to the Sandhu's, he was upset with them but he didn't want to do anything to them as a) His Sweetheart would be upset with him and b) They were his family too. And besides, they had already gotten their punishment when their pampered princess had spoiled their respect more than once and they had redeemed themselves by banishing the said pampered princess from the family.

But the same couldn't be said about Jass Kohli, oh he was going to regret the day he even thought of harming his Sweetheart. He was going to deal with him personally and soon, very soon.

Tejo had married her sister's fiancée to save her and his family's respect because her sister was an immature brat. Adi smirked, he was going to enjoy dealing with Jasmine Sandhu, that girl had done everything in her power to hurt his Sweetheart and he was 100% sure that she was now dreading it. Abhiraaj had called him and happily informed him that she had fainted as soon as their video call ended.

Tejo had to endure taunts and hate from most of her in-laws for the first few months of marriage because they were insensitive jerks who couldn't distinguish between an angel and her devil sister. He would definitely make the Virks life a living hell especially Khushbeer Singh Virk. Rupy Papa had called him and told him of Mr. Virk's plan to 'reunite' his Sweetheart with that cheater son of his because they were in 'love'. He would leave Mahi and Amrik alone as they seem to genuinely care for Tejo.

A girl leaves her home and everything she has known to her husband's home expecting at least some respect but those people especially Gurpreet Virk and Nimmo Virk taunted and insulted her because according to them it was her sister who destroyed their laadla's life so she is also the villain. It doesn't matter for them that the situation was not fair for Tejo either and she had to marry her sister's fiancée and then adjust herself to a completely new environment where very few people liked her. They expected her to adjust and understand while it was ok for even Fateh to taunt and hurt her on the first few weeks of their marriage. That family seriously disgusted him.
