Benny Vs The Beast

Benny's P.O.V.

I walked with Y/n & The Gang behind me while I carried my new pair of PF Flyers with me. We all stood around for a moment until I put on my new PF Flyers. "Benny, I know what you're going to do." Y/n looked at me. I couldn't even fully look her in the eyes. I climbed onto the car to give me a boost on top of the fence.

"Benny, it was my fault. You don't have to do this." Smalls said trying to bail me out. "Yeah Benny don't do it, it's like suicide." Squints said. Then, the guys tried to talk me out of it. "Yes I do Smalls, I have to do this." I told him. 

'Remember kid, there's heroes & there's legends. Heroes get remembered but legends never die. Follow your heart kid, & you'll never go wrong. Y/n's the right girl for you, she'll do anything for you & the gang." Babe Ruth's words echoed into my head again while I looked at Y/n.

I jumped from behind the fence & heard strange noises all around me. I looked around until I saw The Beast come from his domain. It felt as if we have had a stare-off until, The Beast let the ball roll out of his mouth.

I gulped as he stared back at me. I looked between him & the ball. I stepped an inch foward for me to get it & The Beast barked at me causing me to back up. "This is for Y/n & The Gang/" I muttered as I started to run towards the ball, while The Beast also ran towards it.

I grabbed it & ran back as The Beast chased me. I jumped over the fence & landed close to The Gang. Everyone cheered while I took a breath & smiled at Y/n. She smiled back at me lovingly while hugging me. "You did good, Benny Boy." She said kissing my lips. I smiled & kissed her back.

The guys all cheered me on for getting the ball back from The Beast & I saw The Beast jump over the fence. "OH SHIT!!" I yelled out then ran. "BENNY WAIT!" Y/n yelled than she ran with me. Then, The Beast started chasing the both of us, then The Gang started to follow.
