Prologue

This is a second book in Assassin's secret series. If you have not read the first one, you will not understand this one.

A recap:
Astralea Richmond is the daughter of a leader of an American syndicate, but she spends her free time being an assassin, Luna. She goes on a mission to get the documents about a bomb of mass distraction where she encounters another assassin, Hades. They fight, she wins, and he jumps off the plane.

Later on, Astra goes to the ball where she meets Enzo Moretti, son of the capo of an Italian mafia. After their parents forced them to dance together, she realized that he is Hades. Later that night, Bratva attacked them and blew Astra's room up with a bazooka. Her father makes a great decision to join forces with Italian mafia and moves them to Italy.

After Astra heals, she decides to go to a fight club as Luna to let off some steam. Enzo's brother, Rio, ends up fighting her, and she beats his ass, and he said a quote that swooned you all. Later that night, Enzo broke into her room after Rio told him that he fought Luna, which confirmed Enzo's suspicion that Astra is Luna.

The next day, Mira chose violence and roasted Rio at the dinner table, which resulted in Enzo, Rio, Mira, and Astra fighting each other and Adron getting drunk.

Enzo and Astra ended up going on a mission together to a strip club in Paris, where the plot got a little spicy, and then they were attacked, had to escape and blew up a guy with a missile. Later on, everyone tried to find any info, and Astra got bored, so she went on a mission as Luna after having another spicy conversation with Enzo.

Meanwhile, Rio managed to get himself kidnapped, and Astra had to save him and revealed her identity by doing so. Enzo joined her in the reveal. Later on, those two go on a mission as Luna and Hades to South Korea and find out that Akela made the bomb. Astra also finds out that she is on Vipers' radar.

Nex, Astra's favorite brother, goes missing, and later on, she finds him dead, which sends her spiraling and on a killing spree. She finds the men who killed him but not who ordered the hit. Enzo 'helps' her get better.

When they go on another mission, to get her house and city back, Enzo's father ends up being killed while everyone is being distracted. His mother survived.

Astra later finds out that Enzo is responsible for her mother's death. He found her dying and didn't call the ambulance. Instead, his 'friends' dropped her on the street, and later on, Enzo's father paid Astra's father to keep this a secret.

Astra has a dilemma now, to forgive or to kill Enzo, he was only a kid after all, but she gets a text from Selene asking for help, and it ends up being a setup by Vipers. By the time Enzo gets there, Astra was taken.
