Chapter 4

Guess who's back back again! Time for a recap of the last episode! Lux and Jinx walked home and Lux finally managed to cheer up her best friend while nearly killing her with how much blood rushed to her head! 

Ezreal's POV:

There the blonde hair boy stood among his group of friends at the internet café with his arms crossed over his chest and his signature smirk on his face "Yeah..she's basically already wrapped about my finger." He bragged finishing his story of talking with Lux with the group of friends looking up at him in awe only slightly skeptical of all the details. "In fact I think we're gonna meet up tomorrow." Ezreal added remembering the promise they made each other to talk some more the other day.

Jinx's POV:

After booking it home once she dropped Lux off the girl ran straight to her room ignoring the questioning look her sister and Caitlyn gave her. Flopping down on her beg and hugged her pillow tight to her chest trying to contain her heart which threatened to break her ribcage "She was too close!" She yelled into the pillow remembering her hug with her best friend..or suppose crush would be better suited now. Just the thought of seeing Lux as anything over than a friend set Jinx's face ablaze once again only before she could think to much about it this time she heard a knock coming from her door "Go away Vi! I'm not in the mood right now." The younger sister complained only the voice she got wasn't who she expected "Jinx..its me Caitlyn. I just wanna talk please let me in." The older girl requested her voice gentle as to not aggravate the blue-haired girl, they never were on the best of terms since she started dating Vi since Jinx was always worried of Vi being taken away from her.

Eventually realizing she wasn't going to get a response Caitlyn turned around and was about to start walking before she heard the sound of the door click behind her. Turning around she saw Jinx standing there still clutching the pillow looking down at the ground, though she didn't particularly enjoy the purple girl's presence there was always an aura of calmness companying the girl. They both walked into Jinx's room both still on different ends of the bed Caitlyn awkwardly fiddled with her hands "I'm sorry for bothering you, but Vi was venting about things and let it slip you were having...uhh emotional problems..." She started not knowing exactly what words to use in this situation not expecting to get this far. Thankfully all Jinx did was shrug her shoulders cursing to herself how she'd get Vi back after awhile of silence the loose cannon of a girl sighed "Y-Yes okay yes I am! I think I am anyways I don't actually know! I've never felt this way before!" She screamed while playing with her braids while thoughts of Lux flashed through her mind and what she could possibly be feeling "It's just whenever I'm with her everything seems to get better and brighter! Of course it would though she just always has a positive outlook on life and that cute adorable smile plastered on her sweet face!" Jinx said as she was blabbering off while Caitlyn just sat there and listened while her girlfriend's sister went on a much needed tangent. Which only ended after about a good five minutes or so Jinx was out of breath and eventually everything she said was coming back to her causing her face to heat up as she looked at Caitlyn who was simply smiling at her as if nothing as wrong "You let it all out?" She patiently asked while patting the bed next to her "I believe I may know how to help though it won't fix anything completely, more or less it should possibly help you understand your emotions for this Lux girl." Caitlyn added while Jinx slinked back and sat on the bed as instructed.

It felt surprisingly good to let it all out and honestly it felt like it helped bring those two closer together as well. Maybe Caitlyn wasn't as bad as she originally thought her motives so far seemed pure and not judgmental at all. Eventually the silence engulfed them again but Jinx wasn't gonna let it stay that way "O-Okay fine I'll listen to your uhh your stupid idea I guess just this once you've earned it for letting me rant.." The blue hair girl stated while still trying to hold up her front of hatred which caused the older one to giggle slightly and nodded "Very well thank you, its a real simple thing all it needs is a notebook doesn't matter how big or how small. All you have to do is every time you have those feelings whether it be a good one about how cute she is or maybe its of jealousy." She stated while looking at the girl who had a blank expression on her face "Y-You do know what jealousy is correct?" Caitlyn asked quickly realizing that it may just be harder to help than originally thinking this only solidified that thought when Jinx shook her head no "W-Well alright jealousy though a complex emotion since it could be expressed in different ways is actually the feeling you get when you see either your significant other or a possible love interest talking to someone and it makes you feel as if you just aren't good enough." The purple hair girl explained "Has Vi ever expressed jealousy to you?" Jinx asked curious on any sort of dirt she can get on her sister for payback.

This caused Caitlyn to laugh a bit "Of course, though she has an eccentric way of showing it." She stated laughing a bit and patting Jinx's head subconsciously. After composing herself she looked down and quickly removed her hand "S-Sorry about that Jinx. I've read that patting someone's head is a way to show affection in a book I've recently finished and did it without thinking." She quickly tried explaining while Jinx sat there smiling a bit "Yeah well..whatever I'll forgive you just this once since you're dating my sister." Jinx explained while crossing her arms again looking away her cheeks slightly pink from the sudden affection. 

Once those two finished their small awkward conversation Caitlyn got up and started to fix her skirt before heading towards the door "Caitlyn..though it brings me great pay to say this..thank you for helping me. I'll give your suggestion a try I suppose." The younger girl stated while playing with her hands looking at her with a sideways glance seeing her smile and nod "Very well I'm always available to help if you're not comfortable talking to Vi. I understand she can be a little over the top sometimes." She said before walking and closing the door behind her leaving the loose cannon to herself. Of course the first thing she did was look around her room and grabbed a random notebook full of sketches of her toys she enjoyed making and flipped to a blank page and started drawing again to help calm her mind ever so slightly. She planned on getting a brand new on just for her feelings of Lux starting tomorrow since she had nothing else planned.

Alright everyone! I'm gonna try to get at least Chapter 6 out tonight I'll try doing 3 chapters everyday hopefully that progresses the story along nicely! Again as usual let me know what ya think of it and the characters!
