Chapter 7

Alrighty ya'll recap time you lovely people! Lux ended up going on the date with Ezreal leaving Jinx a crying mess as she ran home with Vander comforting her! Tiny recap over cause honestly I low key forgot what happened so I'll have to recap myself! 

Lux's POV:

Once they finished their date and Ezreal walked her home they stood outside the gate with the boy staring at awe at the girl's mansion knowing he struck gold going after this girl "W-Wow that's impressive." He stated while the girl just fidgeted with her hands nodding "I'm sorry..I swear I'm not trying to gloat about wealth or anything I just want to be treated like a normal girl." She quickly explained looking at the boy who was still staring at the mansion "What? Oh I'm sorry yeah of course don't worry none of this stuff is interesting to me I like you for you of course." Ezreal told her flashing his signature grin that made the girl blush just something about that smile made her head go crazy, but that wasn't the only smile that did that to her now that she gave it some thought Jinx's smile that one smile with a hint of craziness and excitement the one she grew to love seeing on her face. 

Yet before she could process anything happening she felt two hands on her cheeks and she realized just how close the boy had gotten to her. She could feel his hot breath on her lips as he tried inching closer only to be grabbed by the back of the collar and torn away from his "crush" by a larger boy "Luxanna are you alright?" A deep voice asked causing Ezreal to turn around with fire in his eyes "Do you mind?! I was about to make my mo..." Ezreal growled only to be cute short realizing who actually grabbed him and was still currently holding him off the ground "Yes, actually I do mind you were just trying to violate my sister." Garen stated in a matter of fact tone dropping the boy without warning "Now I suggest you leave before we have any other problems here." The older boy told him while crossing his arms. See the thing that made people scared of Garen except of how buff he was for being the all star football player for the school team was that he always followed through with the things he said not having any fear in his body especially if it came to protecting his family "N-No of course not Garen I was just on my way now actually. Wow was it always this dark out my goodness how time flies." The blonde boy gave a nervous chuckle while getting up and stepping a good way out of Garen's reach not that it mattered "I'll see you at school Lux!" The boy called out while turning tail and running back home wanting to get far away from her older brother.

"T-Thanks Garen I zoned out and didn't even realize what he was doing..." The girl tried explaining while her shoulders slumped and her head faced the ground "It's alright Luxanna you're just lucky I came home when I did coach let me out of practice early no matter how much I told him I wished to stay." The future heir of Crownguard enterprise explained while shrugging a bit and placing a massive hand on his sister's shoulder "Lets get inside the wind is getting a bit chilly out." He added while guiding his sister inside. The boy noticed how his usual energetic sister was silent while they made their way inside "Luxanna is everything alright?" He inquired worry written over his face as he stopped and turned his body to face her "Its alright to tell me I promise." He added while picking Lux's head up by her chin the girl avoided his gaze "I...I may have just ruined my friendship with my best friend...just for a stupid date with a boy." She explained the tears slowly starting to fall "I didn't even let her explain why she did what she did I just instantly took his side and now I just feel horrible! I'm a terrible friend she's always there to help me and the one time she needed support I turned my back on her." The blonde Crownguard added the tears falling more and more leaving the male stunned not expecting his younger sister to actually break down and spill everything to him. She usually tries putting up a stone front at home so her parent's aren't ever worried so seeing her like this was an odd change "I uhh hmm..." The man for the first time was at a loss for words unsure how he could possibly help with a situation he himself has never been in "Obviously first thing you need to do is call her to at least apologize..no maybe it would be better to do that in person actually.." Garen was staring off trying to think of a way to help making his little sister smile a bit "Garen..its alright I'll just call her like you suggested thank you." She said while turning back towards the house and making her way towards her room on the second floor.

Getting inside her room and taking off her heels and sitting on her bed looking at her phone that was on Jinx's contact info she knew that regardless of what happen in the past Jinx would usually answer after the first ring, but now after today she wasn't sure but she clicked on call and brought it to her ear the suspense killing her as she waited for her friend to answer. To her surprise just as usual after the first ring Jinx answered but before she could even get a word out her blue hair friend started blurting out apologizes for hurting everything "I'm sorry I'm so sorry Luxy-Poo I didn't mean to hit your boyfriend...well I did, but I'm sorry I did it I was just jealous he was bad mouthing you and I just lost my temper.." Jinx rambled on and on while Lux just sat there and listened to her friend over the phone after awhile they just sat in silence only hearing each other's breaths and the occasional sniffle from Jinx "Jinx..what do you mean he was talking bad about me? He was sweet to me all day and made sure I was okay after our little fight.." The blonde girl explained confused by what her friend could have possibly heard "Besides what were you even doing at the mall anyways you usually never leave your house unless someone was with you." She quickly added suspicious as to the sudden change in her friend's behave not that it ever really made sense to begin with. Jinx just growled a bit over the phone frustrated that her friend even questioned her reason to begin with "H-He was talking about he was just after you for your money and that he has you wrapped about his disgusting stupid fingers to his frustrating group of friends...I just overheard that part but I swear it was true and I got so mad at him using you for that reason and that he could even think of taking you away from me." Jinx started to explain the hatred evident in her voice as she started to explain to her clueless friend "As for my reasoning at the mall its personal so don't worry I thought I'd be fine by myself but I was clearly wrong it won't happen again okay just believe me okay?" The blue hair girl stated causing the Crownguard to just nod even though she knew Jinx couldn't see her "Alright I'll ask Ezreal tomorrow don't worry Jinx we'll get everything cleared up I'm sure it was just a misunderstanding..but what did you mean take me away from you?" Luxanna questioned confused by why hearing that made her heart skip a beat and make her all flustered, but also enjoyed hearing her friend talk like that it almost sounded like she was jealous of Ezreal but they weren't even dating "Alright! Fine I will just shut up!" Jinx screamed out of no where away from the mic but still caused Lux to jump at the sudden change in her friend's tone "Jinx are you alright who are you screaming at?" Luxanna asked worry littering her voice as her concern sky rocketed "S-Sorry Flashlight..just the voices again..oh and Vi being a pest." She explained while sighing a bit her confidence wavering with what she was about to do "Luxanna...I..I l-like you..like a-as more than a f-friend.." The blue hair girl confessed before quickly hanging up the phone. 

Leaving the blonde to sit there phone still next to hear ear but her face burning bright red at the sudden confession "W-What was that all about..." She questioned to no one in particular before dropping her phone on the bed and laying down her brain still trying to process everything. That confession was just too sudden especially after just explaining what she did Ezreal, there is no way she actually just did it out of jealously right? Her reasoning also had so many holes in it Ezreal clearly wasn't just after her money it had to just be Jinx getting jealous over a boy liking her no that's impossible. As the girl tried thinking about it sleep slowly over took her and she just gave a sleepy shrug "I'll just...figure it out tomorrow.." She said to herself before falling asleep with a smile on her face at least their friendship wasn't ruined.

Alrighty buckos lets get somethin straight obviously I'll be posting more than normal tonight hopefully I will anyways and hopefully I can get things progressing better for ya'll as well! Welp that's all see ya later!
