THREE MONTHS LATER
~Joey's POV~
I'm running back from soccer practice with my best friends Billy, Ricky, and Phil
Billy's next great prank is in effect as he carries a bag of soccer balls with something extra inside
We use Ricky as a distraction for the security guard as he takes his nightstick and runs with it tossing it back and forth between other soccer players
Meanwhile Phil and myself stand near the sign in front of the building while Billy uses orange spray paint to cross out the words Regis and sprays "Rejects" at the top
He puts the spray paint back in the bag just in time for Ricky to give the security guard his nightstick back
As the security guard turns around annoyed he stops me, Billy, and Phil
"The Dean wants to see you three back in your dorms"
He says with a smug smirk while Billy snaps back
"Nice knowing you"
He says while we start to run towards the school, Billy still holding the bag of soccer balls
As we enter the school Billy tosses the bag towards the front door and we go upstairs to our dorm
We enter the room to see Dean Parker and two men dressed in suits waiting for us
"Hello boys, these men have some questions for you Mr. Donoghue"
Dean Parker says while looking at all three of us
"Me"
Phil says surprised as he looks at me and Billy
"Would you boys give us some privacy?"
The Dean says to us as we look at Phil and nod before me and Billy leave the room, shutting the door behind us
Of course Billy and I wanna know what they're talking about so we use the little window above the door to our advantage
Billy leans down a bit as I climb up on his back, my feet planted on his thighs as I look into the open window hearing the two men asking Phil about his dad and for some reason Columbia
"What're they saying?"
Billy ask as he holds me up
"They're talking about Phil's dad, something about Columbia"
I say as I look down while holding onto the window seal
"Good coffee"
Billy jokes as I laugh not noticing that Dean Parker can see me and knows exactly what we're doing as one of our friends walks by and smacks Billy on the ass which makes him turn around still holding me up
Just as Billy goes to turn back around Dean Parker opens the door and shows us to Phil and the two men
"You might as well come in, help your roommate pack"
He says while I get off Billy's back as we enter the room, the two men and the Dean leave the room and wait outside the door as Billy and I help Phil pack
The entire time Phil doesn't say a word, he doesn't even try to tell us what's happening
Once we finish helping him pack he goes to change before we all help taking his stuff downstairs including the Dean and the two men
We help him downstairs and into the car with the men as they drive off the lot leaving all of us to wonder why
"We'll celebrate tonight"
