Dinner with the Curtis brothers Part 2

Y/N POV:

As we were heading to the Curtis house I felt the sudden urge to hold someone's hand. And the closest person to me was Ponyboy so I grabbed his hand. Immediately after I did that we made eye contact and I noticed him blushing. Which made me blush a little. But I broke our eye contact when I heard one of the guys in the background say "Aw now ain't they just the cutest couple." I then turned to the guys to try and figure out who said it and everyone was pointing at Two-bit. So I looked him in the eye with one of my devilish grins and kicked him where it hurt and said "Now you just shut your trap and stop talking about stuff you know nothing about.The rest of the gang started laughing." But he then said "Sorry I didn't know I was going to offend you little lady." That's when Pony stepped in and said "Now you just be quite Two and leave Y/N alone we ain't dating." But after that we continued our walk to the house. As we kept walking though Pony let go of my hand and made his way to the back of the group with his older brother Soda. Which made me feel really sad because I was rather enjoying holding his hand.

Ponyboys POV:

After yelling at Two-bit and walking a little more I felt like I needed to talk to Soda. So I let go of Y/N's hand even though I didn't want to and made my way back to Soda. But as I released her hand I saw her face drop which made me feel bad. Once I made my way to Soda I told him about my crush on Y/N and how I've been feeling. He said excitedly  "I knew it I knew you had a thing for Y/N!" I then told him not to tell anyone even though I knew he was going to tell Steve and Darry anyway. After that I made my way back up to Y/N to hold her hand and continue the walk with her. When we finally made it to the house and I was about to enter I was stopped by Darry and Steve and they both said in unison "So you do have a thing for Y/N." I just looked at them rolled my eyes and said "So what if I do you guys better keep your mouths shut unlike Soda I don't want Dally finding out then trying to compete with me." As I finished my sentence I turned around to see Dally behind me and he said "You don't want me to find out what?" I just stood there for a minute then replied "Oh nothing I was just talking about what to get you for Christmas."And he believed me so he said "Ok I guess that makes sense." After that he walked away and I went into the house to find Y/N so we could study. When I found Y/N she was on the couch sitting pretty close to Two watching Mickey Mouse. Which made me a little jealous so I said "Come on Y/N let's go to my room to study." In a jealous tone while shooting daggers at Two-bit. We then headed to my room.

Two-bit's POV:

I was sitting on the couch with my arm around Pony's friend Y/N watching Mickey Mouse. But as Pony entered the room he seemed to be upset at me about something because when he said "Come on Y/N let's go to my room to study." He was staring at me angrily the whole time. So I decided to go ask Soda if he knew what was up. And Soda said "Oh it's probably nothing but I'll talk to him later about it." So I said "Alright then  I guess." Then I went back to my Mickey Mouse.

Y/N's POV:

I was watching Mickey Mouse with Two-bit and Pony came in the room and invited me up to his room to study. To which I gladly got up and went with him excited to finally be alone just the two of us. When we made it to his room he asked me a question that really surprised me. He said "So um uh do you like Two-bit?" I stared at him blankly for a couple minutes before saying " No of course not what gave you that idea? Plus  I have my eye on someone else."  He then said " Oh ok really I just thought..." Before he could finish I cut him off and said "Let me guess you just thought that because of how close I was sitting to Two? Well the truth is that he's my cousin. We just didn't want to tell you guys yet." He said " Oh I'm sorry it's just..." But  again before he could finish I cut him off but  this time with a kiss instead of words. He didn't try to break the kiss instead he deepened it. But sadly we had to break it because Soda called us down for dinner. When I pulled away it was silent  I saw that Pony was blushing a lot. So I broke the silence and said "let's continue this after dinner." He excitedly shook his head and said "Yes after dinner." So we went downstairs to the table to eat. And as we were eating I kept noticing Pony staring at me so I smiled and blushed. But  sadly Two-bit noticed and said "Who ya smiling at like that Y/N?" The rest of the guys started laughing. And Two said "Oh I know you're smiling at Ponyboy." When he said that I  immediately  Looked at Pony and noticed his face going red with embarrassment. But before I could speak up and shut him up Soda said "Stop embarrassing Y/N you only just met her today." That's when Two said "Actually she's my cousin." Everyone looked shocked except for Pony because I had told him this earlier. Then everyone said "Wait really?" Me and Two-bit both shook our heads and said yes in unison. After that we all just went back to eating and then me and Pony went back to his room to finish what we had started.
