It had been about a month since being back from wakanda. Amanda refused to return to school considering the rumors surrounding her name and the fact that she was technically graduated already, which her parents also thought was the best idea to keep her home and away from danger.

Currently, it was late at night and the girl sat at the kitchen counter eating coco puffs. It was refreshing to have a bowl of cereal again, especially since she hasn't had one in so long.

The chocolatey puffs were treating her well for the most part, up until the milk came and splashed onto her shirt. "God Dammit." She muttered to herself as she stood up and grabbed a paper towel to clean it up.

Her eyes traveled to look out the window In front of her when she noticed a bright light coming her way. "What the hell-" she said, squinting her eyes to see better. "Dad?" She shouted, not taking her eyes off the light.

"Yeah M?" Steve said, coming down the stairs with a freshly shaved face, no sign of a beard. He noticed the bright light coming from outside and gently pulled Amanda away from the window. "Friday tell everyone to come outside to the front right away."

Steve cautiously went outside, knowing Amanda followed him. "What is it?" She asked him.

"I- it looks like a ship of some sort."

The two stood outside, inspecting the light that came closer and closer to them. It wasn't something you see every day.

"I've got something that belongs to you." The bright light said, everyone recognizing it to be a girl.

As the ship was placed down, Amanda cautiously watched as the large door opened and a short set of stairs was revealed.

It wasn't until she saw a scrawny Tony Stark slowly making his way out that she was frozen in fear. Fear that he would hurt her again. Fear that he was alone.

Steve immediately went to help Tony down, putting aside his anger for hurting his daughter.

Tony's eyes traveled around and tried to avoid Amanda. He couldn't stand to look at her after what he had done.

"I lost the kid." Was all Amanda could make out of what Tony was saying, which made her blood boil and her heart sink. What other kid could Tony possibly be talking about.

The girl wanted to just go up to him and slap him right across the face. Make him feel the pain that she did, and still is. But, she wasn't ready to show him how she felt yet.

So instead, she turned right around and ran to the compound. Her tears blurred her vision as she ran, causing her to almost face plant into the wall a few times.

"I'll check on her.." Natasha said, walking away in the direction that Amanda went in.

Meanwhile, Amanda had barley made it to her bedroom before she collapsed to the ground in tears. She felt weak.

Natasha knelt down at her daughters side and put her arms around her, hugging Amanda close. "It's ok, relax." She continuously whispered into Amanda ear.

"He- he-" Amanda stuttered, failing to speak as her emotions took over.

Natasha frowned, kissing the top of Amanda's head. "I know, I know." She said. "Try to relax for me, ok?"

Amanda nodded, her breathing being totally out of control as she tried to calm down. Her head began spinning and she felt light headed. "Can I- can I just go sle-sleep?" She asked.

"Of course." Natasha nodded, helping Amanda up off the ground and walking her the rest of the distance to her bedroom. "Sleep well, alright?"

Receiving a simple nod and a sniffle, Natasha left the room to go join the others.
