That's what she wanted to say but she never truly could it was something about the way he looked into her eyes weather he was happy sad or mad the love she felt behind his eyes made her warm. But she was truly over this the constant back and forth. What was going on currently was a small conversation between the two.
They were in the kitchen because that's were they always naturally migrated too especially if they were in a heated discussion. She usually went in to grab a wine glass and he followed because once he started a conversation he needed to finish it regardless of if she shut down because he knew if he said all he had to say then she couldn't stay quiet for long without protest. However this was an ongoing argument his disrespect her disrespect her saying she wanted to leave but never actually leaving it happened on a loop. Every two weeks he upset her and she was ready to go.
But this week she had noticed a pattern with him and his previous relationships he never was single for long because he always had a backup plan. So she just truly needed to know when her back up plan would be taking over for her. He broke up with his girlfriend right before he got into the league and had a new girlfriend by the time he got drafted and when he got tired of her it was another and after that last one came YN. It never had truly hit her that he probably just hated being alone and he desperately loved being in relationships but once's he's done he's truly done.
The conversation was calm at first but it had gotten heated yet again but that's mainly because she wasn't truly speaking her mind. It all started with "we need to talk" and she really wanted to talk about the issues she wants him to go to therapy. "Maybe I do need to go to therapy but you do too" her eyes got wide "and what's wrong with me?" He shook his head smiling deciding not to say anything to crazy cause he did love her. "Nothing bae you perfect" he said sarcastically "and see that's the shit I'm talking about Jalen you don't take me seriously" "okay I'll be serious with you you're not insecure when it comes to yourself or your body or your business but when it comes to me you get so insecure like what you think I'm doing" she rolled her eyes.
