-Bakugou's POV-
I woke up to the sound of something falling, sounding like a bunch of pans or something. I opened my eyes to find I was still on the couch with a fire going in front of me. There was a slight pain in my back as I sat up, tossing the small blanket over me to the side. I carefully stood up, wincing slightly at the pain in my back. Making my way to the kitchen I grabbed the fire poker from by the fireplace, sneaking along the wall as I got closer to the noises. I held the poker up, getting even closer to the corner hearing whoever it was walking closer. I jumped around the corner to find Kiri jumping back at the sight of me.
"Ahh! Kat, what happened, are you ok?" Kiri asked, setting the tray of whatever he made on the counter.
"I woke up to noises, I thought someone had broke in." I answered, putting the poker back next to the fireplace.
"Oh, sorry. I tripped over an open drawer and dropped a few pots and pans." he said, rubbing the back of his neck.
I stared at him before getting up on my tiptoes and placing a kiss on his lips. He wrapped his arms around me, leaning down to deepen the kiss. I pressed against him, placing my arms around the back of his neck. I could hear a soft rumble coming from his chest, making me smile slightly as he picked me up and wrapping my legs around his waist. When we finally broke away from each other we were both panting, looking each other in the eye. He smiled down at me before resting his forehead on mine.
"So what did you cook dumbass?" I asked, watching him turn and grab the small tray of food he made.
"There supposed to be pancakes but I couldn't find the spatula quick enough so they were a little burned." he explained, looking a little sad.
I frowned at his expression, reaching up and flicking him on the forehead. He looked a little taken aback, staring at me for a moment. I took one of the plates and started to eat the pancakes while holding eye contact. I have to admit they were burned, but otherwise they were quite nice. I could tell he was concerned, but wasn't saying anything.
"Everyone makes mistakes, their fucking delicious. Don't ever think I'll get upset about your cooking." I growled out, seeing him relax and smile at me.
He set the tray next to me, picking up his own plate and eating his pancakes. We ate quietly, enjoying our time together. It was a nice quiet that surrounded us. The only noise was the sounds of us eating, birds outside, and the occasional sound of little creatures skittering outside.
-Denki's POV-
I was out in the garden behind Shinou and I's house collecting little flowers when I saw Ochako walking towards the front of the house. Smiling, I fluttered over behind her, tapping her shoulder and seeing her turn quickly with her fists raised. When she saw me she sighed, standing normal again and chuckling.
"Hey Denks, what have you been up to?" she asked, a smile on her face.
"I was getting flowers for tea and crowns, would you like to join me?" I asked, showing her the small collection of flowers I had.
"Maybe next time, I'm actually here on business." she answered.
"Really? What's up?" I asked, curious.
"I was missing an ingredient for the spell and figured that Shinsou might have some." she said, rubbing her neck with a nervous laugh.
"Oh well he's resting right now, what do you need? I'm sure I could find it." I asked, setting my flower bag down.
"I needed some Rosemary, but all the shops are closed and I haven't planted any yet." she said as we went inside.
"Ah, ya I understand that. Shinsou usually keeps his stuff in the back room so I'll be right back." I stated, pointing down the hall.
"Ok, I'll wait in the sitting room." she said with a smile.
"Alright, it won't take long." I replied, heading to the back room.
Shinsou was napping in the corner, the cup of tea he made sitting on the floor next to him. I smiled before moving his cup to the table next to his cot. I moved carefully around all of the tables in the room. I looked through the different bottles of herbs looking over the multiple vials of dried plants. I found the one labeled 'Rosemary' and grabbed it off the shelf. I turned around and found Shinsou watching me from the cot, a curious look on his face.
"Hey sunshine, did I wake you?" I asked, seeing him shake his head.
"What did you need with the Rosemary?" he asked, getting up and walking over.
"Oh, Ochako needed some, I didn't want to wake you from your nap." I answered, giving a small peck on the lips before turning and putting a bit of Rosemary in a separate jar.
"Give her my regards, kitten~" he whispered in my ear, making me shiver.
"W-will do." I stuttered out, going back out to the sitting room.
Ochaco was by the fireplace drawing in the ashes as I walked in. I made my way over, seeing her turn and smile as she stood up. Handing her the small bottle of herbs she gave me a hug.
"Thank you, I'll make sure to pay you guys back when I can." she stated with a smile.
"Don't sweat it, though make sure to stay safe. I hear the woods around where you live have gotten kinda rough." I said, getting a nod from her before seeing her off.
