Rhiannon's POV

I got to the venue early so I could work on some pieces for the boys.  They all had their own unique styles but somehow they all complimented each other.  I had gone to the fabric store and picked up some red velvet that I was going to make Josh a vest and pants out of.  I had also found some amazing gold fringe I couldn't wait to use on a jacket for Jake.   I worked for a couple of hours in the main area of the venue when I heard the boys arrive.   Jake walked over and quickly took a seat next to me as the other boys walked past

"Rhiannon, I have a quick favor to ask," He said, giving me a cheeky smile to bribe me

"What's up, did you already tear that jacket I made you?" I huffed as I continued to sew

"No," He paused laughing, "I was wondering if there was any way you could make Sloan a dress in 2 days time." I looked over to see the hope in his eyes that I would say yes.  I knew it would be hard since we would be traveling the whole next day.  I had done projects under harder circumstances.  Plus I had been texting back and forth with Sloan and I really liked her.

"Sure, I will get her measurements and ask her what she wants," I replied smiling at him

"Is there any way you could not tell her you're making it? Its for her birthday." He whispered as we both heard Sloan talking as she walked towards us

"Yes of course, I'll text you." I said as I motioned him to leave before she could see us chatting.  When she turned the corner she smiled when she saw me,

"Sloan! Just who I was looking for, come here I need some measurements." I said, I needed to start working on it as fast as possible because I only had a few days.

"Of me?" She said confused as she made her way over,

"Um...yeah.  I have this project I'm working on and I need someone to model for it." I reached over grabbing my tape, "I promise I'll be quick." I smiled hoping she would believe my story and not question me further

"Alright, I guess," She said as she put down her bag, I breathed a sigh of relief, "So how do you like working for the band?"  I asked filling the silence as she watched me take down numbers

"I love it, they all have their own style but it all works so well together, I love making the pieces." I said as I ran the tap down her leg,

"What do you think about the guys? I know they can be a little much." She laughed as she spoke

"I don't think so, I really like them all, Danny seems quiet, Sam is a hoot, and Jake is just kind of there." We both giggled at my Jake comment.

"Yeah Jake's mind is usually somewhere else, he daydreams a lot. I noticed you mentioned everyone but Josh?" She questioned,

"Josh is just so confusing." I paused, sighing "The first day he couldn't take his eyes off me, and now he can't even make eye contact with me. I thought maybe he was just shy, but I've seen that man talk to other people and he is NOT shy."

"Maybe he is just shy around certain people," She said in a different tone, I looked up to see her raising a brow at me, my lips turned up into a small smile, "You know, like people who make him nervous." She winked at me.

"He has nothing to be nervous about though, I wish he would just talk to me." I said as I dropped into my chair.

"Well, why don't you come out with us after the show for drinks? Maybe some liquid courage will help him out."  She smiled.  She could tell I wanted to spend time with him, and I wasn't sure why she was eager to help me out, but I knew her and Josh were close.  I started to realize this conversation was probably his doing, but I didn't mind.
