"I demand to see my attorney! This acts against my human rights! You're violating it! I have all the rights to have control over my own body and make medical decisions for myself!"

A boy in his younger years was causing a scene inside the ER where he kept on complaining about his rights that were violated by the doctors. He became aggresive when Tokyo discusses the possible effects that he might acquire if he pursues to administer himself a dose of TAD for his own benefits. The patient aspires to reach his goal to brighten his skin using the said drug. The boy already suffers a severe disease which targeted his kidneys. And for some medical reviews, administering the drug would only lead to worsening the patient's condition. Worse, failure of both kidneys.

As diagnosed by the doctor, one was already failing and the decision for the patient to force the drug to be infused in him would surely lead him to the worst possible case there is, which could be death.

"I deeply apologize, sir. But we need to notify your guardian, considering that you fall under of legal age. Seeking guidance should be necessary before making such rash decisions. Counsel should be advisable from your parents as well, before we rush into details." Tokyo with little amount of patience left, fought the urge to completely infuse the patient the last tranquilizer she had in her hand.

"As a patient, the rule goes where I am always right!"

That is it.

"Not on my shift, you not." Tokyo already had enough and transfused half the colorless liquid that filled the syringe without hestitations on to the patient's neck. After it took a second to release its effect, she finishes to inject the drug until its last drop. With fast react, the patient already knocks out of consciousness.

As soon as the patient loses his voluntary muscles that was in-charge of the movements, he flops his body like a jellyfish and luckily Tokyo was able to catch his weight before falling into his bed.

The patient's head hung low and thrown sideways, leaving his neck in a fair sight. From what the doctor noticed from the view, it made her furrow her brows when her eyes were pricked by a familiar symbol etched on the top layer of the patient's skin on the crook of his neck. Seconds of realizing and she knew where that drawing came from.

Going back to her office and she was too engulfed by what she had seen earlier from her patient, she didn't notice an upcoming collision. All it did was a prod against her shoulder but as said, the doctor was zoning out that she wasn't able to maintain her balance which almost tripped her over.

"Hey! Watch where you're going, pal." Tokyo snarls but she was greeted with a head bent down and shoulders tensed as it slumps down.

Tokyo couldn't identify the figure's face, all she knows is that a male with about 3 inches taller than her with everything on him was in the shades of black. From his hoodie, baggy trousers, old sneakers and a cap. Negative to say that even his appearance was hardly noticeable for a mask was simply hiding half of her face and what's left free was his eyes for vision.

But before she could lose his sight, her eyes immediately travels down to trace his neck and there she caught a glimpse of a scar marked on it. Analyzing its form, it was down from a wound that was cut deep by a dagger.

"Sumimasen." The man's voice came dark and heavy with its tone. Accompanied with a subtle bow of his head as a token of excuse before he turn against the doctor and leave without another word.

Tokyo found it absurd but gave nonetheless care. Atleast, that's what she thought. Because unknown to her, the man she just encountered decided to gave one last spin of his right heel and leaves an intense stare with the doctor's back facing him.
