chapter 1

It was a dark and stormy night when the cat monster came. It meowed as it came from behind the clouds and ate the sun in one bite. Its black fur covers the sky. The cat puts down its feet and crushes a building.Tiny people run and scream as the cat monster comes closer. As the army arrives people feel a sense of safety but the cat monster shows no fear it charges at the line of men with guns they shoot but it does nothing to the cat monster.the cat burst through the line and also through a large skyscraper. the cat runs as the sky scraper falls and the men and crushes them. every one in the sky scraper dies from impact the people left in the city of new york run for there cars trying to escape. The cat monster follows the tiny cars thinking they are some kind of moving toy. Once she catches up with them one of the men in the crowd shout " look there is a name tag on this beast" "luna the goddess of the moon" he says out loud while luna turns her head to look at him he eyes cold with hate. Luna then pounces onto the man and his car, crushing them both.

Luna follows the cars to the border of New York where the army has a plan to trap the beast. they lure her over with a laser to a spot with a giant X. Once Luna puts her right front paw the X a rope heaves her up this does not stop her it only angers her. She looks dead into the man's eyes who trapped her. She hisses and a giant bolt of light comes down and fries the man within seconds. Luna claws off the rope and starts heading back to the river of cars blocking the roads. she walks towards one of them she stops to look into the window. The woman inside the car made the mistake of looking back. As soon as the woman looked at her she started melting. in the back of the car two children screamed with terror they held each other titely. the older child put their hands over the younger child's eyes shielding him from the horror of seeing your mothers face melt off. Luna went off to find another family to torture. She stopped at another car but she didn't show herself immediately. She turned into a normal sized cat and jumped into the window of the car. the children told their mother and father that a kitten had jumped into the car the parents told them that they could keep it if it did not run away. Luna climbed into one of the children's laps. The child said "oh i think it likes me" the boy was very wrong. Luna expanded her mouth to an oval shape that could fit a child's head into it. The child's last words were "mom i don't think it likes me"the mother looked back and screamed. The other child had passed out from fear and the first child's head was gone. blood everywhere the cat gave the mother a cruel smile with blood stained teeth. She jumped back out the window. As soon as Luna walked back a bit in her small cat form she turned to normal. Luna scanned the stream of cars and then POOF all the cars within a two mile radius were gone including the moon goddess.
